I went into my appointment early as suggested. Wasn’t called to see the technician until an hour after my scheduled appointment. With an $80 copay I except better. After two and half hours of waiting. I left the office without being seen by the doctor. Of course I demanded a refund. I will not recommend anyone to this office.

Incredibly competent Dr but completely incapable of respecting people's time. Average waiting time for my 3 visits here has been 2 hours.

I went for an 8:30am appointment to have a simple imaging done upon request of my ophthalmologist. By 11:30 I had done nothing but sit in waiting rooms. I left.

Several months ago I had several tests done by the RGW, but I never got my results nor did I have a doctor call me. I called them asking for the results, and instead I got a bill in the mail. I called again, and again radio silence except for another bill. This happened 7 times! Despite 7 promises to share with me the results of my tests, no one ever did. Instead, they just send me bill after bill after bill - which I clearly won't pay until they complete the services they were supposed to deliver. This has been a huge time suck and I still don't have the results. I regret ever going to The Retina Group.
