It was my first time seeing Dr. Block. I found Dr Block to be a very friendly, personable and thorough doctor. She asked very relevant questions as she looked carefully over my file detailing my past visits to other doctors at the Neurology Center. Then she performed a full physical exam. She asked if I had any concerns and I did not. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good neurologist.

We were able to get an appointment quickly, which isn't always easy with specialists. The office staff was friendly and helpful when making the appointment and for the visit. The doctor (Dr. Block) has a very soothing bedside manner. She explained what she was doing while she was doing it and explained treatment options. I highly recommend.

Upon arriving at the Neurology Center. The Front desk person. I regret I dont know her name. Shes from the Carribean. She greeted me very professionally. With a very pleasant smile. She was kind. She had excellent Customer service. I did not had to wait very long to ses the Neurologist. Which I truly appreciate. I do not like to wait too, too long after my Appt to see any doctor. As I was checking out there was another person at the front desk. She was friendly too. I do however think the office itself can do some updating. To make it look more welcoming, and attractive.
