Esta clínica es pesisima ,nunca atienden ese teléfono cuando se llama para una cita. No se la recomiendo a nadie,por igual médicos buenos solo hay 2 y cuando uno pide con ellos siempre los niegan que no están. This clinic is very bad, they never answer that phone when you call for an appointment. I do not recommend it to anyone, there are 2 good doctors and when you ask to have the appointment with them they always say that they are not there.

I have been going here since I was born, and I have to say the service is just great. The assistants are very helpful and the doctors are very understanding and good at what they do, especially Dr. Sith and Dr. Lavanya. I would highly reccomend them and take it from me because I’ve gone here all my life!!

I have three boys who have been patients in the Takoma Park location for most of their lifespan. Up until today I was always pleased with the practice and it's staff. Today my eldest son received the flu shot without my consent. The doctor who was indeed very kind and helpful failed to inform me or give me the option of deciding what I feel is best for my child. She initially told me they were up to date with their shots then paused by telling me she was going to check. I guess once she realized in her system they hadn't gotten the influenza shot she requested the shots for them. I asked her if they were getting shots and she did in fact say yes, but never elaborated what kind of shots. After my first born received his shot I noticed there were only two syringes left so I asked the MA before she was able to give my second born a shot what kind of shot it was. I was of course upset but what was most upsetting was the form in which the doctor apologized. Mistakes happen, people get distracted but not properly informing a parent and then telling them not to "Make it seem it was forced" is very rude and unprofessional. Nonetheless I did not believe she intended any malice so I will continue to take them to Park Pediatrics but I will certainly ask many more questions!

They tried to force vaccines on my child and told me I could not come to the office if I didn't do so. Needless to say I found another doctor who respects the parents choice and not in it for the money, now they keep trying to change my child's primary care back to them.

Park pediatrics is the best pediatric office where I have been taken my children for the past 12 years. Dr. Sith, Heide and all the doctors in park pediatrics office are the best. It is a good doctor office to bring your children.

Horrible whats the point of making an appointment if they wont see you at the appointment time. Appointment time was at 10:30am it is now 11:23am and still waiting unacceptable. Horrible experience and you pay for parking aswell

They are just horrible! We’ve been there for a year and a half with as baby since he was born and we liked Dr Sith in the hospital (the doctor himself is ok) and NEVER they took us on time even when the appointment was made! The earlier we manage to get to the doctor was an hour after the time of appointment, the longest time of wait was THREE hours!!! After the time of appointment! Today we came as walk-ins and it was three and a half hours with a sick baby in the waiting room! We are not coming back! I’ve talked to the management for a few times but nothing changed! Horrible management!!! Horrible clinic!!!

my son has a 2 and half months routine check up and called for appointment and told me they are booked and only make appointment after 2 months and I am so disappointed on them Takoma park location they are so rude and unprofessional.

I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have all three of my children ages from 15 years old to 3 year old under their excellent care. ALL the doctors and staff here are wonderful, caring, and so curtious. I walk in and am greeted by name, my children are greeted by books and games. Very clean office space, plenty of parking. I recommend Park Pediatrics to all family, friends and even strangers lol.

Best doctor's ever. I like that, they are open on weekends for sick kids at the takoma location. I do recommend all three offices. I don't mind to travel 45 minutes to go to the gaithersburg office if it's the case to see the doctor that I like for my kids.

I have been a patient with my kids for long time in this practice, one of the things we love about them is they are pro vaccines as my husband and I are. The people working in the office are nice and helpful. They are excellent doctors, my kids love them. I highly recommend Park Pediatrics.

I like the Greenbelt office, the staffs are ethical and respectful to parents. The doctor's give you room to ask questions and they tell you most of what you need to know about your child or children. Also the fact that they do late hours appointments is good for working parents and even the kids during school hours.

they use to be great when they were a small family clinic, now they have grown so much. it feels like a patient mill. they hired a bunch of PAs. I would give them a zero star if I could. my kids MR are being transfer as of today. pts seen here are new to the country, most of them are unaware of other places with better care. the whole shift complaint was taken wrong by the MD on duty at the end she end up referring us to an urgent care? all they want to do is give schedule immunization and baby rashes but when a challenge arrives they ship you off to the ed or urgent care.

We've been with Park Pediatrics for 15 years. They are great! The entire staff is friendly and provide excellent servicei. The doctors really take their time to explain everything/anything to you. I love the fact that they have extended hours (even on weekends... can't beat that!! ) Highly highly recommend this doctor to my family and friends.

Took my sister in law and her 6day old baby to the Greenbelt office. Waited 3hours for a 12:15pm appointment. They didn't even get to take baby's vitals in a 3hr wait! Receptionist was so condescending too...like the patient's time means nothing! Why on earth will you schedule more patients than you can see within a reasonable time? We left after 3hr 'cus receptionist couldn't even tell when we're going to be seen! Horrible first impression...not going back and definitely not recommending this practice.

i have been to park pediatrics the past 4 years but the front desk service getting worst worst worst, they're not helpful at all, they have really bad attitude, i called one time they put me on hold for 10 min 10 min on hold to make an appointment how busy could you get and you put patients for 10 min on hold its crazy and i am sure this is far from what they are suppose to do and i screen shot that ill show to the office manager when i go there, they look like they have personal issue with me, it is so unprofessional you gotta train your front desk very very well and i am keep coming there because of the doctors they are very professional and they know what they doing but if i have one more problem with your front desk ill change my son doctor i wouldn't recommend this to anyone, i don't want any body suffer what im suffering with your front desk stuff its so unexpected

I have been going to Park Pediatric since my son was 2 years and 9 months old and he turns 23 years old this year 2018. My son was one of the first clients, the office was on a different floor as I remember. They have a combine knowledge and passion from the heart for what they do. I told and recommend all my friends and relatives to them. When i had a child with special needs on my first visit Dr. Sith had already got some informations about it from the Hospital where my daughter was born. He spent a lot of time talking to me about the disability. They are very kind and good people you can count on. That's the reason I am still taking my daughter there even after i moved out of the area. Now they open another office in Greenbelt near me but I still like to go to the Takoma Park one because I feel home there. I know in my heard that it's all the same they welcoming and knowledgeable everywhere it's just psychological for me. Bring your children here because ..... They are the best!!!

I have been taking my Daughter to Park Pediatrics for eight years! The Doctors are COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE and ATTENTIVE! The staff is GREAT! I couldn't ask for a better place or better care for my Daughter. Park Pediatrics have three convenient locations! There are walk in sick hours which is a plus! They even give same day appointments whenever available! They recognize kids are people too they just come in small packages! Children are often offered free age appropriate books and encouragement to read! If I could give them more stars I would. They definitely deserve it!!!

I went to see a doctor for my son feeling not well, I arrived the clinic @ 4:45pm and I didn't see a doctor more than two hours. I try to talk the receptionist and she answer very rude answer. I don't recommend this place at all. You better avoid this place, they give you destruction than cure. Really very very bad place to go to see a doctor for your kids. Trust me when I say this is mean it is came here since 2012 and the service become worse and worse.

All six of my children go to the Takoma Park and Greenbelt offices. We have been going here since it just Dr. Sith and Lavanya. I love these guys they are great and they are always available when I call. I really appreciate all they do. Great medical care and customer service.

I have been taking my daughter to Park Pediatrics since 2013 and I love the doctors and New staff is great. Very friendly. Doctors are very efficient and thorough when seeing my daughters. It does get busy, but tell me what pediatrics clinic is not busy!
