Dr. ANSARI is a really good doctor. He know very well. But don't treat you're kids to lady . She is not actual doctor. She is Physicians assistant. You want to see the doctor then only ANSARI . No one else.

I switched my kids doctor about two years ago. It’s the doc next door to Dr. Ansari and we were having a lot of issues there. I have not had any issues at Dr. Ansari office. The staff here always tries their best to accommodate for me if I want to bring my child on the same day. They always fill out the school forms on time and just recently they helped me with school/doc notes. My son was missing multiple doctor notes and Sana (both of them) were very understanding and wrote out notes for each date. Their entire staff is always friendly and takes the time out to listen to you. The front desk staff is very patient and polite even with those parents that can’t control their kids. So if you think they are being unfriendly then maybe there is a reason behind it. I give them respect and I get the same in return. I am extremely satisfied and my comparison is based on my kids previous doctor.

Dr. Ansari has been my child's Pediatrician since the past 2 years and has always provided excellent service on all my child's visits. Dr. A and his team are amazing! Being a patient at Dr. Ansari's office, I do not have to worry about reaching out to him at any time of the day, he is always there to help! Sameera has checked up on my child several times to make sure my child is improving. The entire staff is very welcoming, and I would strongly recommend this practice, especially for Newborns!

The service here is great. You can always get an appointment. The office its self is clean and welcoming and open on Saturdays, which is great! The staff here are extremely nice and the doctor is always accurate when it comes to what's wrong with the patient. They don't doubt what you say is wrong with you and help out as much as they can.

Unfortunately, this office will no longer be where I take my child. Wait times were a lost always a half hour and that was with an apointment, Ansari was condescendingg and never provided information regarding diagnosis or gave any literature or help. Last visit, the new doctor was visibly rude to another parent. This parent had three children they were caring for and one had a physical impairment. I was shocked to see how rude the doctor was in the front office to him. Last week, I called twice to get a call back from the doctor, I never did and it was Ansari that was on call. I ended up going to a pediatric clinic. The office staff at times was polite but barely friendly, one doctor that was our primary doctor left without any explanation which was a shame because at least she was polite. There is one tech that has stayed for the past year and she was very kind but she is the ONLY one that ever treated my son with any warmth. The waiting room has had the same movie playing and there is one poorly cleaned toy available to play with along with no helpful literature or posters to help parents. I only mention this because it is a physical representation of how little this practice puts into creating a welcoming environment for their patients. In the end, I was under the impression that all they wanted was my money. No care just a business.

He has been my son's pediatrician since he is born. I love him to the extent that I am unable to trust any other pediatrician. My son is now 5 years of age and not once I have been left disappointed with Dr. Ansari or his staff. He has called me in the middle of the night to check on my son's fever. He is responsible and dedicated.

Their services was so terrible. I took my cousin here, they let us wait for an hours before the doctor coming. One thing that made my so mad because of their staffs’ action, they gave us very bad attitude like disrespectful and unattended to us. They treated us so bad when we were here, even I told them my cousin getting hurt. I will change the doctor asap! I felt disappointed about that! I wouldn’t recommend you come here if you’re not the same race with them. Their action made me felt they are racist.

I have been bringing my children to the woodlawn location for over 5 years now. The staff is always friendly and the office is always clean. Dr Ansari always takes my concerns seriously and goes the extra mile to assure the children are treated thoroughly.
