I have been to MDLSV twice for sclerotherapy. I saw a marked improvement after a session with Dr. Halvorson last year. Since my body is a fantastic manufacturer of spider veins, I went for another session today. This time Dr. Margaret Weiss performed the procedure. Both doctors had wonderful bedside manner and worked efficiently. I am looking forward to seeing my legs improve in the upcoming weeks. I plan to make sclerotherapy at MDLSV a yearly event.

They informed me prior to coming they accepted my insurance and then upon leaving the appointment they informed me that they misspoke and now want me to pay full price out of pocket. This information should have been communicated before I was ever seen.Furthermore, the doctor rushed me out of the office and didnt take the time to address all of my concerns.

Always precise professional and friendly. We started with the practice 20 years ago when my son was a baby. The entire family and extended family are patients. They always take the time to completely explain all needs in a calm compassionate manner. They are meticulous with details. And, Dr. Margaret is an artist with fillers always creating a natural appearance. Dr. Bob is an expert with laser treatments and other therapies as that have been utilized as well. Vein removal was swift and successful for me. Couldn't be happier!

Dr. Beasley is a magician! I have had both IPL treatments and Fraxel treatments with her and have been amazed by the results. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough great things about MD Skin & Laser.

Very disappointed with their service! I was seen by Dr. Sarah Hahn Hsu on my first visit due to some issues going on with my skin and she diagnosed me with a disease without having any closer look at my situation or doing any tests. I knew her diagnosis was wrong because I couldn't have that disease by any chance. So, I requested a second-opinion diagnosis and was then seen by Dr. Christian Halvorson and he knew about my first diagnosis and he couldn't contradict his colleague and told me the same thing as her and bluntly told me that I do have that disease and the diagnosis was correct. I was still sure that I Could Not get that disease by any chance so after getting worried I went for a blood test which came as NEGATIVE and proved wrong both the doctors which is ridiculous. They could at least recommend me a blood test instead of wrong diagnosis. P.S I was charged for BOTH the visits.

I always receive excellent up to date information about maintaining healthy skin. I have had skin cancers from too much sun exposure. Dr. Beasley is very caring and her staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the treatments that I have received for sun damaged skin.

Didnt have a good experience. The dermatologist that I was seeing couldnt help me and the records she had on me werent accurate. She argued with me about what area she was treating. I tried to explain to her it wasnt that area and it was another area, but she insisted I was wrong. I think I know my own face. I spent a lot of money for no results.

RATING CHANGE DUE TO TREATMENT FOLLOW-UP: Subsequent to my original review, I was contacted by the tech and was offered a complimentary Cool Sculpting treatment. I accepted this as a remedy to my dissatisfaction and am excited to see if I will have better results than with the Vanquish. Obviously, everyone's body is different, but I MUCH preferred this cool treatment to the heat. I had no pain, very minimal discomfort and barely any side effects. I just hope it does something! Kimberly was friendly and caring and conducted the treatment with professionalism, despite being aware of my poor review. She was genuinely interested in resolving my issues. I was asked to discuss my concerns with a head of the practice and he seemed to listen to my feedback. I'm changing my rating because this practice treated my review with sincerity and took action to resolve it and to make this client happy. I'm still not sure if the actual treatment was effective just yet, but I no longer have that sick feeling of regret when you feel like you've wasted your hard earned money. Thank you Kimberly.

I've had 3 sclerotherapy treatments without any improvement at a cost to me of $1680. I'm now working with a new vein clinic and before they start any treatment they did Ultrasound and Ultrasound Vein Mapping. MD Laser Skin & Vein Institute did not do any testing until 3 procedures had failed. Very unhappy with their lack of knowledge in this process. They do not know how to treat veins.
