Dr. Shepard has been my PCP since 2015. He has helped me through so much. He always listens to me and takes his time to address all of my issues. He even had some of my imaging reread because I was not convinced about a first read (from an outside hospital). Even though I moved out of DC I still make the trip back to see him for my follow-ups because no other primary care doctor compares!

I am not sure if it is the doctor or his staff or a combination thereof. The sum total of my experience was bad. They don't refill prescriptions. When you run out, good luck. He doesn't run recommended tests for preventive care. Just awful experience

Dr. Shepard has been my PCP since 1983. In that time he has provided excellent care and successfully addressed every concern and diagnosed and treated, or referred me for treatment, for every medical issue [some of which have been life-threatening] that I have experienced over these past 36 years. I can't imagine that I, or anyone, could ask more of their PCP!
