Dr. Ford is very detailed and thorough in her diagnosis and makes you feel comfortable while she explain any and everything that comes up in your visit. Her wait times are not bad at all, I have waited 45mins+ for a 15 min visit with Dermatologists who didn't even seem to care, Dr. Ford is not like that at all. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is in search of a reliable, knowledgeable, and understanding Dermatologist.

I have been to a military hospital, a review clinic and I have not gotten any results. I found out about Dr. Ford and I got results!!! I have eczema and have tried ointments, steroids, infusions. Diagnosis and prognosis what's that on. She prescribed a phone and I got North cibola and positive results in 2 weeks; including hair growing back.

My experience with Dr. Ford was great from booking the appointment to leaving her office. The receptionist was able to accommodate my last minute appointment and was very helpful during the check in process. The nurse was fantastic, very friendly and made me feel at ease with the visit. Dr. Ford was very thorough in making sure I knew what was going on during the visit and made sure I was comfortable. She has a great personality with attention to detail. Her level of care was definitely refreshing compared to other dermatologists I've visited.

My daughter and I are long time patients of Dr. Ford. I continue to see her because I find her to be knowledgeable and caring and very patient with me and my questions. I recently had a cyst removed. Dr. Ford explained the procedure, precautions, follow-up care, etc. in advance. During the procedure, she let me know exactly what she was doing. I experienced no pain and have no concerns going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Ford.

My visit was very nice from the receptionist to my visit with Dr. Ford. She has all of the modern equipment and tools from electronic tablets for registration to her personal laptop in the examining room and most importantly Dr. Ford is very knowledgeable in her field and explains everything very well. She even demonstrated how to apply the cream for acne treatment. All it takes is a pea-size. Dr. Ford is also a Cowboys fan and wears the star proudly on her Labcoat.

She prescribed a lotion that my insurance did not cover, so I had to pay $590 out of pocket. I called her to see if there was any other lotion I could use of for this painful rash. I called twice and she never returned my call. This his how "caring" this doctor is. If you go see her, you'll find out she doesn't really care about her patients. She gives you like 10 minutes of her time. If you have additional questions, you'll have to make another appointment. There are other better dermatologists in this area. Don't waste your time and money.

Her staff is also pleasant and efficient. I would say an average wait time is about 20 minutes but I have waited longer during busy times. She did an excellent job and gave me a ton of information about about my skin with pamphlets to take home. She's also affordable. The last dermatologist I went to did the bare minimum.
