Awesome service and treatment from Dr Maral! I've been to her 4 times now for botox. I have also had friends do botox, dermabrasion, lip enhancement. I'm treated very well and feel very welcome and non-stressed before, during and after the procedure. I also must comment on her pricing; as being straightforward and reasonable.

This was my first visit to Dr. Skelsey's office and, compared to numeruous other dematologists that I worked with, my experience with Dr. Skelsey was by far the best. A few observations - - I found the office to be clean and inviting - My exam began promptly (before I even completed my paperwork) - The exam and follow-up treatment provided by Kyleen Davis - the nurse practictioner - and Dr. Skelsey seemed very thorough The office, in general, seemed to be very well organized and the staff was pleasant and professional. Moreover, I never felt as though I was rushed through my appointment. In sum, my impressions from my initial vistit were uniformly favorable. As such, I'd highly recommend Dr. Skelsey to all my friends and relatives.

Dr Skelsey and her whole team are fantastic. I have very fair, frecklie skin with a family history of Basel cell carcinoma and melanoma. Dr Skelsey is methodical in her exams and Moe's surgery and her assistant Cynthia Cameron is also excellent. So many Dermatologists are in the business just for cosmetics and are not truly experienced at detecting skin cancer in a serious way. Dr Skelsey is using top of the line technology and I feel comfortable that as long as I keep getting regular exams by her and her team I can hopefully avoid the melanoma my father had and my parents skin type attracts. Lastly I can't say enough about the staff. They genuinely care about their patients and the service is first rate and rare to find now even in private practices.

I see Dr Peck for my annual skin checkup. He is extremely thorough Appointment is never rushed and he explains everything with much detail. My clinician considers him the top person to detect any cancerous skin cells.

DO NOT GO TO CYNTHIA WALLACE (PA) & CONFIRM w/ staff ahead of time to see if you are actually meeting w/ Dr. Skelsey or someone else on her staff who is NOT an MD. In my top 2 worst experiences w/ medical providers! Booked w/ Dr. Skelsey, instead had to meet w/ Cynthia Wallace bc Dr. Skelsey was on vacation-NO notice given. Wallace provides horrendous patient care, does not listen to patients & acts quite elitist in her approach. Left feeling stressed & like my concerns were not addressed. Extremely rude and snobbish - not the kind of patient care you expect. Waste of time, commute time and money. Needed to see another provider to actually get my concerns addressed.

I waited to see the Dr. for one hour and was not called in to appt. Staff didn’t let me know that appointments were running behind. I had to leave to get back to work. The office manager called to say sorry. That’s not enough. Clients need to be apprised of such long delays.

I could not have had a worse experience today with one of Dr. Skelsey's PA's. It started with being seen 35 minutes late. 25 minutes in when I inquired about timing, I received an exasperated response from the office nurse stating that there was nothing she could do while walking away from me at the same time. Once the PA actually made it to the room, she rushed through the appointment as though she didn't have time for me after I was kept waiting for 35minutes! The duration of my appointment was 5 minutes and I was made to feel uncomfortable asking any questions. I will never return to this practice again and advise you stay away as well if you expect to be treated with even the littlest bit of compassion and care.

My experience with the doctor at the office was fine initially, (it was not Dr. Skelsey herself), but one of the receptionists had a ridiculously rude attitude. She ruined the entire experience. She was rude to me when I tried to *return* the doctor's call after I'd left the office. She then hung up on the pharmacist who called to verify a change the doctor made to my prescription (because he commented on her attitude). The doctor did not bother call the pharmacy back, so my prescription was not updated. We all hear of rude receptionists and deal with disgruntled "customer service" employees more often than we would hope, but for a small practice to employ someone so rude to interface with patients is very unfortunate. Even the pharmacist recommended not going back to this office after having to deal with them over the phone, and I won't.

Dr. Cameron is wonderful and makes me feel so comfortable with any questions or issues I have. She is personable and kind and always follows through on any questions I have. She and the entire staff have been wonderful. The front office staff is professional and efficient. The doctors' assistants are always kind, discreet, knowledgeable and helpful. Being fair skinned, my family is familiar with the ramifications of sun damage. My wife's a nurse, and she insisted we go to a Mohs dermatologist who can evaluate cancer cels on the spot while in the process of removing them--rather than having to send cels out to the lab for evaluation. This really helped. Dr Skelsey was able to determine the ends of a growth being removed in the office, and wrap up in one visit. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with, and we know because we have to go for annual check ups.

I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of care I have received from Dr, Skelsey and from her nursing staff. My treatment with Dr. Skelsey has been for Mohs surgery and for surgical excision of skin cancers. The surgical procedures are executed professionally and efficiently, and the results in terms of scarring are extraordinary. Appointments are kept on time and there is not a lot of waiting around in the treatment rooms to see the doctor. Most impressive though is the personal care received from Dr. Skelsey and from her nursing staff. Their focus is on me as a person, not just on my skin cancer as something to be removed. They are willing to take the time and attention to my overall health, comfort and recovery. I feel very well cared for by Dr. Skelsey and her nurses.

Although the doctor is usually booked several weeks ahead, if you need to get in sooner you can schedule with a PA, all of them being very skilled in my experience. The caregivers are very professional and compassionate and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They do not rush you, so you have time to ask any questions you may have, which is becoming harder to find in this age of health care. Dr. Skelsey and her professional staff are extremely proficient and able to handle any issue that may come their way. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

AVOID CYNTHIA WALLACE AT ALL COSTS. I can't emphasize this enough: FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. She provides terrible care and customer service. Do not give her your money. Learn from my mistakes!! I contacted the state medical board. July: I was given a diagnosis and prescribed a cream as treatment. My insurance didn't cover the cream so I when I received the denial letter with criteria, I called the physicians office asking them to call it in again it fitting the criteria the insurance was asking for (which they agreed I met). They said they would call it in. Upon leaving my appt I was scheduled for a 745am appt on a Friday in August. Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. August: I arrive to my 745am appt and was told I'M NOT ON THE CALENDAR. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fit me in. Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. September: Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. October: Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. I got a confirmation call on Wednesday for an 730am appt on Friday. Upon arriving Friday morning at 730am the doors were locked and when I called the office, the voicemail said phones were not being answered until 830am. I waited until 8am when someone showed up and apologized that the door was locked. I said I had been knocking and calling. I talked to my provider Cynthia Wallace who had been inside and tried to tell me the door was unlocked and I could've called?!? The door was locked and the phones weren't being answered!!!! She gave me no apology and was completely heartless. I was speechless. I chose to not stay for my appointment and walked out saying I'll never return again after all the issues between my treatment and the customer service. Cynthia Wallace does not demonstrate any care for her patients. It's been three months, multiple medical bills, two appointments for which I showed up and I either wasn't on their schedule or the door was locked for 30 min and I was given no apology, and still no treatment that I came in for in the first place.

Not only is Dr. Skelsey a superb diagnostician and surgeon, she is a superb human being as well. Among other fine things she does, Dr. Skelsey calls patients like me post-surgery to see how I am doing. When I was hospitalized for a totally different health issue, she called to find out how I was -- months after my last office visit. She cares. She also has an outstanding staff of knowledgeable nurse-practioners and assistants who are courteous and efficient in what they do. If I could give 10 stars in my rating, I would.

I see a nurse practitioner for annual checks and have also gone for specific concerns I have had.
