Dr Pass is great. She has always been polite, informative and very friendly. She seems genuinely concerned with your well being and keeping your educated on your treatment and conditions.
However, I have to admit that scheduling and timeliness of appointments is very bad at BOTH locations. Ive had 5 appointments with Dr Pass, using both locations where she sees patients. My SHORTEST wait time to see her has been 45 min PAST my scheduled appointment time. In other words, my appointment was at 9am, but I didnt see her until 945am even though I was there early. My other wait times have been 2.5 hours, 1.5 hours, 1 hour, and 1.45 hours. Even though I have a scheduled appointment, show up early and am fully prepared and checked in well before my appointment time, I usually wait almost an hour and half before I even get to see the Dr. My appointments take no more than 5 mins so the waits are way out of line. There are no medical emergencies causing the delays; it happens at both locations. Be prepared to walk into a full waiting room with at least 7-8 people ahead of you and sit there for at least an hour before you will see the Dr.
None of the staff seem to acknowledge this extensive wait time, no one apologies or even gives a brief update to let you know if you will be seen anytime soon. Office staff are nice, but sometimes seem preoccupied with other things like scheduling personal lunches rather then attending to patients waiting in front of them to check out.
