Terrible service............. Doctors didn’t listen to anything I tried to tell them about what was wrong . Instead replies to you by saying “your over reacting “ . Then I ask them if they can do certain procedures because I felt as if that might be where the problem is located instead they did basic prodecures on me that couldn’t identify the problem . Also I already knew what wasn’t the problem . Then doesn’t call you to tell you’re results . Now they telling me to reschedule another appointment on the same reason why I came up there to test me on what I already ask to be check on ............... Terrible money scam......

Dr. Artis did a c-section with my first baby girl. Excellent work, no complication or difficulties after the section. Even though there was an inappropriate comment made with her co-workers during the surgery, yet I lefted in a side because the most important was my baby and my health during and after the c-section. Scarf does not show that much. For the c-section they did it was excellent. No horrible pain as today that I choose OB GYN in silver spring located in holly cross apt for my 2nd baby because I move and it was closer. Yet wrong choice. However, I will truelly recommend Capital Women care near White Oak for a c-section.

(THIS ONE STAR RATING GOES TO THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE FRONT DESK!) It is sad to see that these doctors have terrible receptionist. I have absolute no problem with any of the doctors I have seen throughout my pregnancy, ALTHOUGH I am very disgusted with the front desk. I am currently pregnant with identical twins. I am now close to my last month before I deliver. I am seeing both a high risk doctor and this office location. I was told to stay at this location because I needed to be seen every single week. Due to this circumstance I was sure to make my appointments ONLY on Tuesday's. I have a very busy schedule throughout the week and all my previous appointments were on Tuesday's. I go to the office today and I was told my appointment was tomorrow instead. I never schedule an appointment on Wednesdays so I knew this could not be correct. I already have an appointment scheduled next week in advance when I asked the receptionist may I please schedule an appointment this week to make up for this week, and KEEP my same appointment for next week but change the time to a later time so that I can get a sonogram. if I had to cancel the make up appointment for this week, I was told no, they did not understand what I was saying, and they began to give of rude attitudes as if they just wanted me out their face. The receptionist that I was not talking to kept trying to talk for the lady I was speaking to, neither fixed the problem. Also, previously I started having contractions, both my mother and I called this office almost 20 times back to back, never got an answer except for once, when the receptionist then proceeded to hang up on my mom's call. Lastly, I wanted to schedule my c-section ASAP. So my babies can arrive on the 37 week they're suppose to. When I asked the receptionist did they give my appointment request to the surgeon scheduling she told me I shouldn't be scheduling an appointment for a c-section and called around to everyone trying to figure out why I was asking. I had just previously talked to the doctor about the dates and everything but she insisted I was wrong. Then finally she called the doctor and the doctor confirmed that I was right and my c-section appointment needed to be scheduled. Excellent doctors! NEED better receptionist.
