God awful wait and incompetent staff, but knowledgeable doctor. The receptionists sent us to their Rockville location for a 10:15 appointment and we get there at 10:10 to find out the appointment is at this Silver Spring office, even though we called twice to confirm the appointment was in rockville. So, we ended up getting here at 10:30 and had to wait until 1pm to see the doctor because the receptionists messed up and "squeezed us in." Doctor Schlinder was very good however and answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. The staff on the other hand is extremely rude and every single one of them was glued to their phone texting (despite multiple "no cell phones!" signs) and talking loudly to each other when their supervisor was not around. I would have given this place 5 stars if it were not for the staff.

Very comfortable with the expertise knowledge and experience of Dr. Levy. He placed me at ease regarding the upcoming procedure and stressed the importance of having it done - walked me through the procedure, and explained what to expect after it's done. The staff I found to be friendly and helpful, and I had very little wait time before my consultation.

Shameful disregard for my wife's pain. We have been to the ER twice, and she was in too much pain to come to the office. Although she has been a patient there for 20 years, they would not write a script for pain medication. "Take it easy," they had the gall to say. Shame, shame, shame.
