These people seriously need to get patient scheduling in order. Front desk staff and nurses are nice and courteous. And I agree with one of the last reviews that the doctors take time with patients. BUT, IT SHOULDN'T BE AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS. We have been in a waiting room for well over an hour! This is unacceptable! ! My son is crying and all anyone can say is we will be right with you!

I left Cambridge Pediatrics because the PA working there was rude and judgmental.I am a mother of 6 all which were under the care of Cambridge until the day the fe-male PA made a unsolicited comment about how she was "not jealous of me at all for having so many children".So I decided to vote with my dollars and seek a new practice to care for my children.I can not and will not patronize any establishment that makes me feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed.

The staff will not give eye contact and acknowledge people who enter the office. The waiting room is always dirty and doctors are rude.

Very horrible experience today . I called at 8:45 to have both my daughters receive the flu shot. I gave the requested information asked as well as my insurance. I was told to come in and they would receive the vaccine . When we were called by the nurse she took us in a room and closed the door. She said “I’m sorry but we are out of the vaccine “. So I checked in and no one told me that . I spoke with billing about a matter prior to seeing the nurse she didn’t tell me that . I was furious I said why tell me at 8:45 to come in when you don’t have the vaccine . She stated all we have is state vaccine and we can’t give you that because you have insurance , so it’s for people who don’t. She then had the “manager” come who was very unprofessional , mean , nonchalant . She referred me to the healt department. I walked out and it just so happened the billing lady was at the door , why was she there ??? All this to say I will never return , I will tell everyone who I referred to not return and I will do my best to contact Dr.Abney tomlet her know how horrible that practice is . Oh and I went to the health department and they informed me that I should have still gotten the vaccine .

Two hours in a doctor's office is way too much for a baby, let alone a baby getting shots... Not ok. Thought maybe the first visit was a fluke bc my son was a new patient so I let the 2.5 hour visit slide. Today we were there for two+ hours again and I can say they have officially lost our business.

facilities could use upgrade. our opinion ,Their are new doctors on staff, not as through last previous ones, have to request pertinent tests, scripts, etc, paperwork gets lost or not recd. you may want to select another provider if you require a specialist or referral to a specialist, their group will attempt to prolong the process.

I'm going to write a very honest review about this place. The doctors for the most part are friendly and competent. The administrative staff is unorganized and frustrating to work with. Billing issues constantly arise and what the in-office admin staff have on file is usually different from what the billing office has. Lots of administrative and billing issues and discrepancies arise that are incredibly frustrating. This place needs better administrative staff and it will be a good practice all around. To summarize - competent and friendly doctors, incompetent and unfriendly admin staff.

They are nice very friendly staff. They was able to make an appointment quickly. The doctors are really good. They have alot of space for kids to play or read books.

Been wainting almost 2 hours to be seen. Then sat in the back for another 1/2 hour. Only for my granddaughter would I do this. This is crazy.

You can NEVER get a weekend sick appointment for you child called office on 12/30 at 9:01 was on hold until 9:09 was told all sick appointments today already taken this is tge second time this has happen.. What I can not understand on 12/03 a sunday they called to preschdule a follow-up appointment for 12/16 a Saturday for a hour slot.. Now on voice recording and staff members weekend appointments are for SICK APPOINTMENTS ONLY.. My child health is to important to me to deal with a practice that does not follow the rules they set in place. We will find a new peadtricain to take our child to if you vaule your child health you should as well. I do not recommend the practice. Used the practice for 2 1/2 years and it has been issues right after the other when it came to appointments from well visits to sick visits. We was skipped over waited over 2 hours to see a dr with a appointment along with sitting in the waiting room receiving a missed appointment email we paid our copay and was waiting in the waiting room to be called a second time my we received a email thanks for you visit and you have been checked out we had not been called back.. So sad for a practice.

The doctors and nurses are great but the front desk staff are rude. The front desk staff make it very difficult to make appointments and they are not welcoming and friendly. If it wasn't for the awesome doctors and nurses, we would go some place else.

I had to bring me 5 yr old for a check up a couple of the ladies we're professionally pleasant a couple of them were rude in their tone and attitude. The room we were told to wait in had a filthy sink and the wait time was rather long. The office wouldn't be so bad minus the dirty sink if the first person you spoke to wasn't so rude and condescending. This isn't my first choice its a solution while I find a better Pediatrician... If you have to bring your child for an emergency I would bring them. If you're looking for a warm inviting friendly pediatrician's office I would keep looking!!

Most of the doctors here are outstanding (I can only speak for the one's that have treated my child which is most lol). Having a preemie with a weaker immune system, you can be even more overly protective than a average parent. Thankfully, everyone here understands my concerns and have been great support through the journey with my child since she left the NICU. I have seen some reviews stating about the front desk staff. Yes, some can be stand offish at times but I just take it as they may have had a bad time where clients have been aggressive. There were some that were really friendly since the beginning. I've only had one long wait time once due to only 1 doctor being there and of course, it was a weekend. I have recommended this business to several friends. Lastly, I will say its hard to call for a appointment. I do have to call several times to finally get an answer. I make sure to call the first thing in the morning for now or else, 9 times out of 10, the phone will just keep ringing and ringing.

Do not take your kids to this place! Please do research before deciding to come here! The smell is not inviting, staff are not nice. The rooms are small as hek and it’s just dirty! The sinks look atrocious and they don’t let you throw away the baby diapers there, they give you a disposable bag. Not nice! If I can give them a zero I would!

This place has completely gone down hill. Front desk staff are highly incompetent! No etiquette at all. Ghetto, eating lunch stinking up the office, discussing personal issues infront of everyone. MAs reek of cigarette smoke and always dingy looking. The BEST Dr. hasn't been there in months. Campbell and PA Jackie are the only reason I stayed so long. The facility is filthy, unsanitary and cluttered. DISGUSTING!

The doctors care about their patients. They dont rush the exams and make sure you understand the treatment and care plans. The wait times can be long at times but its because they give all the patients the time and care they deserve.
