Please avoid this doctor / office. Doctor hardly spends time with the patients. She gets irritated if you ask questions. Also, the staff / front office is horrible. Very unprofessional. Get worse and worse with each visit! There is a major lack in people skills. Also they charge for each and everything for ex. if you have to transfer your kids medical records to another PCP/Doctor, you would have to pay $20. You also cannot access your kids test / physical records as they do not have online data - can you believe this - in this age of online / they still lack online portal! Also, you would need to pay $20 to access your kids data!

I worked for her and she is a awesome doctor I honestly didn’t like the practice manager but that my opinion but the doctor herself is great at what she do she make sure she stops at the hospital after you have your baby and she always call her patients back with their concerns. In Ellicott city people want you to cater to them just because of the area and that’s why a lot of people don’t like the front office staff. Dr beck interacts great with the patients and parents. If I have a child I would honestly trust her. ps I don’t work there no more but the doctor is great

My son has been seeing Dr. Beck for 10 yrs, he is in college now and still comes back to the same Doc. We highly recommend this practice! Dr Beck is knowledgeable and experienced, also personable and efficient. She is available for her patients, returns calls and addresses concerns right away. The office is small and intimate, and you get the benefit of seeing the same doctor for every appointment-practically the doctor who sees your kids growing up. So much better than larger facilities where kids get shuffled around different doctors.

I just called to make a appointment for my baby that will be born soon and the lady that answered the phone lied about what insurance they take. I looked on the WEBSITE to make sure and sure enough THEY DID ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. Rude. I also hate how you have to pay to access your OWN CHILD'S records, you also have to pay for after hours calls in case of an emergency and apparently there's also a fee for paperwork. How can a doctor do that to someone?? That's horrible and inhumane. I will be telling all of my friends and family about how horrible this place is and how they only care about money AND I will be writing a article for several papers I work for about this place too

Great experience with both of my children. Very friendly staff when making appts and Dr Beck was so warm and friendly. We are new to the area and I'm glad we found such a great pediatrician.

Really I wouldn't even give them one star. Dr. C Beck and her nurse practitioner has repeatedly demonstrated unprofessional conduct with my 19 year old. From small talk to giving medical advice they are unethical and very below the standards you would expect. My daughter went in for a routine checkup to complete college health applications and left with two very sore arms from unwanted immunizations... I specifically discussed this with Dr. Beck expressing my disappointment in her and her staff for not giving my daughter the opportunity to make a choice to receive the immunizations, nor was she educated on the side effects. I'm assuming the person administering the shots is a nurse. Whatever her title is, her choice of conversation is very poor towards young adults in a medical setting.

We love Dr. Beck. She's great with our kids and we'll refer anyone that will listen in the area to her practice. Her support staff is great and we're always seen promptly at all of our appointments. If you're looking for a pediatrician, then your search is over.

Please avoid this Doctor/Office!!!!. The Front Office / desk personnel is very rude, bad and pathetic. She doesn't even listen what the patient/parents has to say. Reminding patients for the scheduled appointments is a "favor to patients", and as per the front office personnel, it is not required in the medical / healthcare industry. The front office personnel will not even care to listen to what patients / parents has to say and keep citing some or the other reasons to avoid the call… Also, the Doctor is NOT THAT GREAT. Please see other PCPs for your kids and avoid headache with this office.

You don't get better than Dr. Beck! I have taken my children to her for 7 years now and her care has been outstanding. We can always get in to see her and she responds promptly off hours as well. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Beck and I highly recommend her to anyone with children.

She Rushed my children and I out of the office when we finally went to the room to see her and tried to force 4 different meds per child for seasonal allergies. I also didn’t like the attitude of the front office staff. This practice is money hungry and I will never go back there

Its is the worst place you can take your kids to. There is only one doctor and often on vacations, while your kid is sick. They find every possible way such as filling out forms or getting your own records, to drain your pocket...they charge for every possible thing. The front office staff are rude and inconsiderate. AVOID AT ALL COST. There are far better pediatricians in the area.

The doctor is fine and nice but the front office doesn't even listen what the patients say. We were going to schedule appt for annual physical exam and the front office tells us that we need to wait 365 days to be able to get an appt while the insurance says you don't. Take you kids somewhere else and avoid headache with this office. You don't want to find a pediatrics every year. We had the same issues with the front office almost a year ago but that time I skipped it and din't write a review.

I've been bringing my children to Dr. Beck for years! She has a bubbly personality, which clicks with the kids. She always takes time to answer our questions and never makes us feel rushed. We all love her!
