My MALE nail technician has way better work ethics and manners than those receptionists.. . highly recommend BASIC 101 training on how to approach , talk and answer clients ---- so utterly rude!

no compassion had me so upset over money said he don't know why i was receiving treatment when i owed him money and went on to let me know that he had to pay money to get my chemo although my insurance was paying i hadn't made my deductible for the year i have always paid my bills and was planning to make payment arrangement instead i cried doing my last treatment and the whole night the following day i made a loan and paid him in full also during his discussion he had someone else i in the room with us that was in training really hurt my feeling i will never go to him again it has been about three months since i finished my treatment and i just can't forget what happened

Interesting place. They are supposed to be open until 4pm, but turn off the phones at random times before then. What is the point of having a public phone number if you don't want to answer it while you are supposed to be open...

Staff has no idea what they are talking about. I had tried to cancel the appointment because I told them that I did not want to pay a copay just to get my blood drawn. Receptionist tells me that I will not have a copay then sends me a bill at home for a copay. When I called receptionist says there is always a copay for office visit -__-. Not sure what language she thought I was speaking when I told her I did not want the appointment because I couldn't pay the copay. Cancelling all of my future appointments here.
