My appointment was at 10 and was not called in until 11:30 and waited until 12 to be seen for 5 seconds . This guy is racist and also has no tolerance for children and is so rude and disrespectful that he slapped my husbands face. DONT COME HERE! 0 stars

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. My appointment was at 10:00. The waiting area was almost completely full with only a couple of empty seats. I first noticed the air conditioning was broken, and I was worried because I brought my 5 month old with me to my appointment. It was after 11:00, I still had not been seen, and my baby needed to be changed. I brought her changing pad but the chairs in the waiting area were too small to change her on, and I just preferred not to because of the crowd. I asked the girl at the front desk where I could change her and she escorted me to a back office. I changed my baby on the changing pad on one of the desks. As I'm walking back to the front waiting area, Dr. Arora approaches the administrative assistant who escorted me and says, "Why is she changing her baby back here?" The girl explains that it's crowded and no where to change my baby. He reprimands her for allowing me to change my baby, and proceeds to come out to the waiting area. He says to me, "Why are you changing your baby back there? You can't do that!" Needless to say, I exchanged a few words with him and told him I will take my business elsewhere. It is absolutely ridiculous that a DOCTOR'S office does not have a place for a baby to be changed. He implied that I take my baby outside in the rain to my car if she needs to be changed. Apparently they share that office with another doctor.......a PEDIATRICIAN! I have never been so offended and been treated so POORLY at any medical facility or business. My experience made me curious, naturally, so I looked at his reviews, and I haven't found a good one yet! What an awful doctor and human being! Never give him your time or money. A medical professional who treats a mother with her newborn baby that way should not be allowed to practice. And I would know firsthand because I myself am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I would never treat one of my patients this way!

ABSOLUTE waste of time. This so called "dermatologist" simply looked at my face (from the front and both sides) then prescribed me medicine. He didn't allow me to ask any questions about my acne concerns. He was impatient and tried his best to rush me out of his office. He didn't examine or give me an actual consultation about my skin. He never once questioned if I had the slightest bit of makeup on (although i came in bare face) that could have easily covered up any of my blemishes. He never even touched my skin, took samples, or asked what products I used on my face. The biggest laugh of it all, anyone can do what he did and they don't have the title of being certified dermatologists! Arora Surinder is a JOKE!

I went for my first consultation, he was very rude, he didn’t really listen to me and at the end when he was repeating what i said it was all wrong he barely looked at my skin, then his recommendation was like you can’t do anything because insurance won’t cover it and it’s a lot of money which we’re the recommendations based on things i didn’t ask for, i was just overall dissatisfied and felt like the whole appointment was a waste of time. I’m going to another dermatologist

Dr was 55 mins late seeing me, (I waited 45min in waiting area and 10 min in room) no apology, on cellphone and uses old techniques to view skin.....NOT WORTH IT!! Please don't waste my time.

He simply didn't hear me out. And cut me off. He is an old rude man, and doesnt feel comfortable working with trans people as well. He barely looked at my skin.

Always take 1 hour to see you, super late. Said they would deliver my prescription and nothing, waited a week and still no delivery. Asked about the matter and they said call the Pharmacy yourself....
