Excellent bedside manner, thorough, sensitive to my personal concerns, informative, concerned, and forthcoming with his diagnosis. Dr. Roscoe provides progressive treatment and looks toward getting my issues addressed. I feel confident in his assessment and confident with the referrals he provides.

Dr. Benton is lovely. I like seeing her. However, I came in on a Thursday morning for a 10:30am appointment, and didnt see the doctor until 11:05. I understand offices can get backed up, but making a patient wait 35 minutes to be seen is simply not acceptable to myself or to my family. If you aren't over booking, something is wrong logistically. If you are over booking, shame on you.

I brought my son (5 years old) in with me today because I am a working mother and my son has off this week for a Spring Break. The last place he wanted to be was at the dermatologist office with me so I let him pull out two latex gloves from the dispenser and put them on. When Dr. Roscoe came in I jokingly said, “the doctor is already here!” He looked at me and said,”We really don’t like the kids to play with those. I’ll have to take them off you right now.” And he pulled them off my son’s hands and tossed them in the trash. My son was visibly upset (red in the face) so I pulled him between me and the doctor and taught him a new phrase in the car “no bedside manners” I won’t be going back there again! How hurtful it was. A little kindness would have not been too difficult, I thought.

Front and back office was clean, everyone was very friendly and Dr. Roscoe was quick thorough and precise.
