I have been a patient of Dr. Lawrence Green at the Aesthetic & Dermatology Center for the last seven years, and have been very satisfied with their courteous and professional services. Dr. Green takes time to understand the issue, explains the different medical options and request follow-up visits only if necessary. The front office staff are very friendly and the nurses are knowledgeable and professional. If you need a good dermatologist, I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Green.

I went in to have something excised, and Dr. Green and his staff were outstanding. Easy to make appointment, though they had only one open slot the week that I wanted to get in, so I grabbed it and arranged my schedule around that. His office staff were very polite, kind, professional, informative, and helpful. Once Dr. Green came in to the room, he answered my questions, looked at a few areas of skin that we had not discussed previously, and performed the scheduled procedure. He worked quickly, gently, efficiently, painlessly. His staff gave me followup care instructions and scheduled appointment to remove sutures. I'm extremely pleased how little redness remains and how un-noticeable the site is just two weeks after. Overall my experience with Dr. Green was outstanding and I can't recommend him enough to others!

I wish I had seen other cautionary tales about this practice before I scheduled an appointment, but the reviews made it seem like a place worth trying. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone, and I can guarantee I'm not going back. Unlike others, I did not find scheduling an appointment to be easy. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes each time I called (I hung up the first time because I thought they forgot about me, so I called back). I do appreciate the ability to fill out paperwork online ahead of time. I showed up for my first appointment early. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, even though there were two people behind the desk and another woman working AT the desk. After signing in I stood there for a few moments trying to hand them my driver's license and insurance information, but continued to be ignored. I sat down and waited, and after both front desk people had noticeably been off the phone for about 7 minutes, I tried again. This time they finally took my documents. After that I only had to wait a few minutes before being taken back to an exam room. The doctor came in shortly after the tech left. If you value having a doctor listen to your concerns, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. As other reviewers have said, he is rude and condescending. When I got upset he reverted back to lecturing and talking down to me even more. The comments were snarky, back-handed, and rude. I agree also with the reviewer that said he laughs 'at' you rather than 'with' you. In my experience, this is true, too. I picked this doctor based on the reviews and the research I did ahead of time. It seemed on paper that he knew what he was talking about, and I hoped to have some luck. Rather, instead of receiving valuable medical advice for skin issues I've had for years, I found this to be an incredibly offensive and insulting experience. I'm disappointed in myself for staying for the whole appointment it was so bad. And PS - checking out isn't much better than checking in. The front desk will continue to ignore you, and even when one person is off the phone they can't be bothered to help you until the other person has completed their call. Ridiculous.

The people at the front desk are nice, Dr. Green is very rude. He has no bedside manners and makes you feel like you are unworthy of his time.(Maybe I caught him on an off day, but I have a follow up appointment and will hopefully have a more positive experience.

The receptionists were fine and scheduling an appointment was easy enough, but Dr. Green himself is a jerk. He has no bedside manner and makes you feel like an idiot. So rude and condescending.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I usually don't write reviews but for this doctor I must. My son went to dermatologist Dr.Lawrence and he misdiagnosed him and gave him the wrong prescriptions. And made a bill for $306!!!, for what? misdiagnosing and giving the wrong prescriptions. We went to another dermatologist to double check and he told my son that Dr.Lawrence gave him the wrong medicine and misdiagnosed him. Please don't waste your time and money! Go to a better doctor!

I'm very upset that this practice doesn't respect their patient's time. I had to wait 2 weeks to see the doctor and I showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to fill up all my paperwork, so I could be seen on time. However, 45 minutes passed and the doctor was still not available to see me. It is just unacceptable.

Dr. Green is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate physicians I know. He listens carefully and thoughtfully, and spends as much time with his patients as is needed. I never feel like he is in a rush to get me out. He explains every procedure in detail and makes sure that his patients understand everything clearly. My experience with Dr. Green was horrible for many reasons. I picked the office because it was close to where I lived and seemed clean and professional. However, Dr. Green was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. He was incredibly quick to put me on medication (antibiotics) for my skin which has ended up causing some serious problems in my gut. Instead of offering some lifestyle changes that would heal my skin he told me there was nothing that could be done because it was caused by hormones. The most upsetting part was that he was incredibly rude and sexist. After, a third visit of being belittled and talked down to I left and have never been back. Dr. Green made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never go back to that office and would not recommend to anyone!

I was on a clinical trial for a medication and noticed a marked difference in depression symptoms after having taken it for almost two months and decided to end the trial early. I consulted with Dr. Green about it and he did not believe me or respect what I said at all, and was determined to have the last word. The rest of the staff is very respectful and nice and understood what I had been going through, however, I will not ever being seeing this doctor as my dermatologist. I don't trust him now.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment to come in for a consultation and the day of, (my appointment was for 2:00 pm) my autistic brother was not feeling well so I called at 9 in the morning to reschedule. First the receptionist answered "hello?"- like she was answering her cell phone, and secondly, they charged me $35 dollars to the card I used to hold my appointment because I didn't give them enough notice!! Seriously?! Never doing business with them again. Cheapos!!

Dr. Green and his staff were extremely welcoming, courteous and professional. All my issues and questions were addressed thoroughly including an issue that I forgot to mention at the time of my appointment, that Dr. Green took time out of his day to call me and help me with over the phone. After just a few days of using his prescribed medications my psoriasis is greatly improved and I couldn't be happier. My experience here was wonderful and I highly recommend visiting the office. I will definitely be returning for any dermatologic needs or treatments.
