I love love loooovvveee coming to this office. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They would do anything they can to help anybody out. Mrs. Preet and Dr. Walton are so helpful as well, both of them came in the room to great me with a smile and I felt like I was at home. I will continue to come to this office I feel like family. Thank you

I used the "Contact" feature to send the office a note. After two days with no reply, I called. I was immediately placed on hold with music. The music played for five minutes on a loop and then the call was disconnected. They will not be getting my business.

They lie. The nurse practitioner told me a procedure may be covered by insurance if i had complaoits of itch and pain. I told her yes. She wrote in my notes she wrote the client was told in advance the procedure will not be covered! Liar! I have yet to received a call back from when I inquired about my bill!

They don’t take culture and basically do a “guesstamate” on what you have. I use to go to dr.preet but after my last visit I’ve decided to never return. I specifically asked her to take a culture because the medicine she had given me did not work and I used it over a month and followed the directions. And I also never had the specific issue before in my life. She just says “we’ll leave the shampoo on longer than 10 minutes try 30” 30 minutes?! Are your serious so now I’m stuck and will have to go to another dermatologist because she really could care less appointments always seem rushed with her and I’ve wasted so much of my time and money for nothing.. don’t go here!!! Oh and also the front office staff is a joke.
