The staff is generally pleasant, but every time I go in there it is with a different doctor. I've had my son in there several times for the same issue and still no solution. I had to request specifically for him to be referred to a dermatologist and then it took 2 months for them to make the referral and I had to call the dermatologist's office to set up the actual appt even though I was TOLD the office would take care of it. I'm currently looking for a different office to bring my son to. Hopefully there is more competence elsewhere...

We see Dr.LeBlond and she is absolutely amazing. Others that we have seen have been average, but generally we have a pleasant experience, especially at their Skowhegan location. I agree with other reviews that say the desk staff (at the Waterville office) are a bit rude and not at all personable. We are never welcomed or acknowledged until we are right up at the window and say something first.

Just had our first healthy kid visit from moving here from out of country (we were in Canada). We were greeted with a smile and informative receptionists. Our appointment was on-time and thorough, and the PA took her time to give him a comprehensive physical exam. We were in and out in 45 minutes. Kudos on all aspects of the experience.

Everyone is very cordial. They are very careful about the security of your child. They truly have an attitude to keep children healthy and to communicate well with both parents and children.

Great place to get your kids sick I got here with my newborn and they had atleast 20 people here and 5 or 6 kids sick some had the flu all coughing and hacking near my newborn, I'm not coming back to this nasty place!

Would be great if calls were answered, or if when records are requested by another office they are actually sent. We have been having requests for records requested numerous times for nearly a month for one of our children and they still have not been sent. My wife has called the records departments numerous times and left numerous voicemails requesting this be taken care of with nothing being done and no call backs. Try calling the main line (like the person requested below) and be prepared to sit on hold for 10+minutes with no answer. This office refuses to make any action when requested and clearly doesn't answer phone calls or return messages.

I love this office. My son has had some medical problems and each time we are given extremely great care. Once you get past the wait for a nurse they are able to give you great advise or get you in to be seen by someone that day! I highly recommend this office to anyone wanting quality care for their children.

This place is aweful the doctors however are awesome but the office people dont call back, are constantly chatting in the back while your waiting to get checked in and they're rude to boot. I need more options for pediatric offices because while the doctors are decent they dint make up for the rest of the nonsense.
