Had a colonoscopy screen with Dr. Yu on 11/15/18. Not the slightest bedside manor such as hello, how are you feeling, did you have success last night, are you ready to proceed, etc? As I was going under anesthesia Dr. Yu handed me a clip board with a Liability Waive and said I have to sign it! Not sure if my signature hit the paper? Never Return!

Dr. Carr and her staff are amazing! Our entire family has been going to her for 5 years now. She is very through, concise and allows enough time for conversation of the problem or issues at hand. She refers us to other providers when needed and is great with follow-up. We are so thankful to be in her care.

Office staff is not helpful and “forgets” to schedule your appointment because they are “busy”, so when you show up on time, you have to wait 40 extra minutes just to be seen. If you explain something to them they ask you the same questions over and over. Test results are not given to patient quickly. Orders and referrals are not put in immediately, so therefore important medical issues are left untreated longer. Find somewhere else to go.

Medical staff is great, I've never had any problems with them other than how long you sit in the waiting room. The office staff on the other hand, is horrendous. There are a few in the office that are decent to deal with, but the majority is lacking. They're rude, disorganized, ill-tempered and seem bothered to be answering the phones or checking you in. I loathe calling in because they are so unpleasant to speak with. Get new office staff.

I have had Dr. Carr as my primary care doctor for more than ten years. She is not only caring and compassionate, but always sound in her diagnosis. Dr. Carr is very thorough and will refer you to a specialist as needed and quickly to find the correct diagnosis. The office staff has always been respectful and responsive with my needs.

Was treated rudely and dismissed by Dr. Dovin. Dr. refused to re write medication that had been written for me for nearly 10 years and put my health in danger because they wanted to dismiss me as a patient because of a grievance filed. Lied when she discharged me because the nurse manager knows I called within 24 hours to cancel/reschedule. Doctor also said a rude remark about getting care at the Urgent Care Center at 22 Station Ave.... "Oh wait you can't go there". Disgusting way to treat someone.

I have been a patient of Dr Carr's for about 6 years. During that time I have been very happy with her thoughtful and kind demeanor. Her guidance has been spot on and I have trust in her suggestions and recommendations.

My wife went to see this Dr for help with depression, anxiety and weight loss. She was treated unfairly by Dovin she had told my wife all medications were the same, trying something new wasn't going to work at all. Very against medical marijuna, both of us have our cards and she scoffed at us like we were garbage. Very rude poor bedside manner and she is very unhelpful. Not to mention the office staff wasn't good either, their was one nurse who did and excellent job. It's almost like this Dr. office is like a sad depressing atmosphere where no one cares but it just looks nice inside because recently redone.
