Every office visit that my wife goes to we are waiting over one hour. Her last visit, she had a ride service to pick her up in one hour and 30 mins after appointment. She never got to see the doctor that day. Every time it's time to pick up a prescription we are always waiting for the doctor to sign it. Sometimes my wife has to go days without medication

I waited with my 86 year old mother at the end of the day. After 20 minutes they had the front desk staff come over and tell us that "because WE were more than 10 minutes late" they would not see her-for another 4 days! Yes, we were more than 10 minutes late, maybe 12-13 minutes late. At least tell us up front instead of making us wait. I am VERY unhappy with their lack of concern.

Positive experience with Dr Fren8hohch not so with an associate Dr Kaplan who Misdiagnosed me causing years of. Misery not once ever visited me in the hospital during many hospitalization who never visited me in the hospital ten minutes away . I rate midcoast a solid five5 in my in hospital stays which were many and the kind compassionate and professional care I received par excellant mid coast and many thanks may god continue to bless you. Courteous staff, excellent communication through the patient portal. The MA's are efficient and prompt. I have not ever waited more than 10 mins to be taken to an exam room. I appreciate their efficiency and prompt response to concerns.

All of my (many) experience at Dr. French's office, both with him (usually) but with the nurse practitioner, have been excellent. I feel VERY lucky to have such a kind compassionate doctor and nurse practioner. Your staff is also outstanding. I have never had a long wait and when I have an emergency either Dr. French or the nurse practioner have seen me.
