I really like the providers at this office - my children have gone here for over 9 years. What I don’t care for are the secretarial staff and customer service reps - they are rude. Also, the fact that you cannot make an appointment exactly 30 days in advance is a huge inconvenience for a busy family with young children.

While I like the doctors in this office very much, and the clinical staff, the front desk's attitude is continually appalling - I loathe calling the office because I know I will be treated like crap (and this has been true for years now). It is also extremely difficult to be seen in a timely manner for same-day - or even same week appointments - a few months ago I was told I could not have an appointment until 7 days from the time I called (and this was due to a concern about a possible clavicle fracture). That was not the first time, and I often end up going to the walk in clinic in my town due to the inability to schedule appointments - which kind of defeats the purpose of "primary care"...

The doctors at this facility are great and have been a tremendous help in caring for me as a patient. I know I can trust my doctor and I feel very comfortable when consulting with her (Dr. London). If it weren't for her, I would find a different primary care because I feel that the rest of the staff does not enjoy their job which gives off a negative feel when first checking in and getting blood pressure taken. For example when I came in the other day, the receptionist was on her cell phone the ENTIRE time I was checking in and waiting, even when the next patient came in she was still on her cell phone. Very dissatisfied with the work ethic of the rest of the staff.

We have a large family. All of our children see Dr, Jane Ho at the Westbrook location. We've seen Dr. Ho for several years and she has ALWAYS been the most caring physician that we've ever known. One of my older daughters gave birth to a child that was oxygen deprived in the womb and had severe brain damage. Dr. Ho and the staff we extremely patient and kind when explaining the medical issues and complications of the situation. Our grandbaby died from complications of his issues. Dr. Ho attended the funeral. That's how much she cares.

This practice has been wonderful for many years, however within the last year it has been increasingly difficult to schedule appointments and the staff are more irritable as time goes on. The doctors don't work on Fridays and often I'm told there's only one or two providers in the office. This is just unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice.

Kathryn Hawkins

The doctors at this practice are extremely caring, attentive, and proactive. My family's been in to see both Dr. Ho and Dr. Girard numerous times recently while dealing with my daughter's recent illness, and we've always been in very capable hands and felt confident in their decisions.

Dr. Girard was great, everything else about it was really challenging. Long waits, staff generally presented as frustrated and not very helpful. Ended up switching after a very brief time.

I went into the office today for an appointment for my child and what a great group of people all-a-round! The check in process was easy, and the girl was such a pleasure to chat with, so personable and energetic. The medical staff & the doctor was amazing, so caring and unjudgementle! They took the time to listen to every concern I had without feeling rushed. I have to say I have left once again with a smile on my face, Thank you MMP Westbrook!!!!
