I was very surprised to see so many negative reviews on this page. Both of my children have been seeing Dr. Cardona for their asthma and allergies, going back about eight years. Dr. Cardona is great with my children and always takes my input into consideration when discussing their care. My instincts and opinions have often been dismissed with doctors in other offices and I really appreciate that he values my input as their mother. I have recommended Dr. Cardona to many friends and would highly recommend him for any child or adult patient. I have had to wait a bit for most appointments. But I have no problem with this as Dr. Cardona never rushes during our appointments and is very thorough. I would rather wait a few extra minutes than feel as though the doctor is rushing through, as I've experienced with other doctors. I also want to add that the male receptionist in the office is one of the most delightful people I've ever met. He is always so friendly and pleasant. It is a nice way to be greeted, in person or on the phone!

Took over an hour for appt. doctor was not listening to my symptoms and I ended up with a major asthma attack due to lack of appropriate prescription

Always early to my appointments and the receptionists are very nice. However Dr Musmand and his assistant aren’t very kind. Always waiting like 30+ minutes before the doctor even comes in. Doesn’t make eye contact or really even listen. Schedules patients at the same time and makes them wait ridiculous amounts of time. Doesn’t apologize for the wait and isn’t personable at all. Never going there again!

Unfriendly and essentially useless as specialists. May be fine if this is your first try with an allergist but if you've been searching for an actual specialist for ongoing issues or anything beyond the capabilities of your primary care, don't bother.

Should have read reviews before wasted my time going here. Didn’t apologize for an hour wait time. Didn’t even see how it was a problem. I was left alone in a room thinking they forgot about me. I get that sometimes when you’re a super professional business like they pretend to be you sometimes run late on your apointments. I don’t get the absolute refusal to accept fault, and apologize. After seeing how bad they treat new patients and being told by the Dr herself to expect to wait an hour as that is normal there, I can’t see how anyone would waste their time here. The Dr was very rude and stand offish from the start, she also refused to outright answer any questions and instead provide a shrug each time.

They may be good at what they do but they are awful to work with. The personality of the doctors is horrible, the billing department is very hard to work with and they have been unable to identify why my daughter is having severe allergic reactions and having to make repeated trips to the hospital. Go somewhere else.

Waited over an hour past our appointment time in an office that looked like it was thrown together last week. Nurse staff was rude, there was no apology for the wait time. The bill was astronomical. It's incredible that we had to pay so much money to be treated so poorly. Will not be back.
