I would not recommend this office to anyone! Expect to be in the office all day. Prescriptions don’t get called in. They are very unorganized.

I love the nurses. I love that I'm not here very long.. before yes it would take a while but they have really sped things up. The attitudes that they have are very reassuring and positive. I love the changes that they have made.

I've been for three appointments and I HATE how the doctor wouldn't even come in and actuary talk to me. And I dislike how I was treated completely. I have another appointment with a different doctor on the 9th on January I pray I get a better outcome because of right now I'm never discussed with everything

Wait time is despicable...expect to wait 45 minutes before you're called to the back and once back there expect to wait hour and a half to two hours..their not friendly no hospitality and very rude.and yes I agree with the young lady before me that the staff do make a fake time on how long you been there after you are seen once u are given ur papers to bring to the receptionist..I thought they were professional they don't have a phlebotomist on site to withdraw blood because I had someone withdraw blood and I was bruised and I experience nothing but agony..I'm switching back to my regular ob soon...

I actually love the staff, very friendly & welcoming..yes you wait a little while but everything else makes up , my opinion! The doctors that delivered ma babies were great & I love it

This place was I guess okay till today. Didn’t know it was okay for the workers to sit there and talk about patients, and then slam the door in a person’s face who was holding my 7 week old baby!! Never will I go back there. The wait time is ridiculous most of the time. They all just stand around. I was completely fed up with it.

Staff is rude and wait time is unreal. I could literally have grown a full beard before they even called us to the back. Seriously hire more staff if y'all cannot keep up. Extremely disappointed with the service experiences on multiple occasions. Would not recommend being seen.here unless you want to wait over 3 hours per visit. Ridiculous!

I go for the obgyn. I'm currently pregnant for my first child. I love going there. The staff is friendly. They tell me what to expect for the next couple of visits. The ultrasound tech is really friendly and you can tell she enjoys her job. The nurses are great too. My only complaints is, I've never actually talked directly to my doctor but that's mostly bc I'm having a healthy pregnancy and I did tell them I'm more comfortable with females. Only other thing is once you're in the room, you can be in there for an hour before they come in. But once they do I'm in and out. And I'm never in waiting room longer than 10mins.

Absolutely would not recommend this office. You hardly ever see doctors. You wait about 2 hours before ever being seen. I find that they don’t take everything seriously. They never tell you anything and I have found myself extremely confused and uncomfortable. They are also EXTREMELY unorganized. I am working on leaving.

The only thing I don’t like is that the wait time takes forever. They get down to what I need period wise. I just wish I wasn’t in the waiting room so long.

EXTREMELY SLOW. One of the secretary's is very. rude. On one occasion I had to come in for an office visit just to get a refill on the birth control that' I've been on for four years. The nurse rushed so much during my visit that she forgot to even call in the prescription. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes before being call back, even if your appointment is schedule when the office opens. They also like and write false times on your paperwork.
