So recently went here to take a pregnancy test. It was positive but my hormones were to low. I got a call from Mrs. Tiffany Dr. Rudds head nurse all she tells me is that I'm probably having a miscarriage because my hormones were really low then said have a nice day and hung up!!! I was so scared stressed and angry they didn't even try and schedule an appointment for me and it was as if I didn't matter nor did my baby!! Finally got an appointment when I got there the nurse says so your not pregnant I look at her like no ma'am I am pregnant !!! I didn't get to see a doctor o was sent home my next appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later! Well I'm going to find myself a clinic that has there business together and will actually care about there patients.

The doctor is great but his office staff have no clue how to run an office. I called & made an appointment & I called back a few days later to make sure I had the right date & time & was told b/c I hadn't been there in 3 years I had to be re scheduled all b/c the new office girl didn't know how things were done & had to get me to do more paperwork. Ok so this requires me to be rescheduled an entire MONTH LATER. Not to mention I have an emergency situation that I know is going to require surgery so I'm worried enough now I have to find another doctor & they acted as if it were no big deal that they were losing a client.

Love Dr Rudd sr but his staff are a bit rude. I think one nurse is nice! Overall though I love Dr Rudd sr. He delivered me when I was born and diagnosed my endometriosis and was compassionate and remembers me every time.

SUPER RUDE NURSES. Rudd jr and senior are such wonderful doctors if you can get passed the rude service. Your better off going to Leesville. The nurses have no bedside manner. There ob cooridnater thinks she runs the whole place. Super terrible experience here.
