This facility displayed a complete lack of communication and empathy over the phone. Long story short, we were hung up on when asking about alternatives for certain services. They never replied to emails before or after call (which i verified with staff when they gave it to me).

I was referred here by my OB and had the worst experience with them while just trying to make an appointment with them over the phone. First they had the incorrect information about my insurance deductibles and when I told them to call they were hesitant to do so until I told them I would gladly call with them. Finally the woman said she’d call in the morning to confirm. Then she told me children weren’t allowed in the appointments for the safety of other mothers. This is absolutely absurd to me. We are new to the area and don’t have any friends or family that can watch our toddler. I have been to a high risk OB with my last pregnancy and had zero issues with having children present. They said they would not be able to make any exceptions for the protection of the other pregnant mothers. I’m pretty sure adults carry more bacterial diseases than my stay at home toddler who is almost NEVER sick. Horrible customer service.

The high risk doctors are great. They are very intelligent and friendly. I'm giving this office two stars because of the office workers. The blonde lady in the front is always rude and unhappy. Also we were told many different things in regards to our insurance. No one seems to be on the same page there. The office stated that insurance wasn't covering, and she made us pay almost a thousand dollars out of pocket. We then found out our insurance does cover it!!! They said they would reimburse us, but our child has been already been born over a month ago. The office is still holding onto our money that they owe us! High risk or not I will never go back to this office ever again.
