Very long wait times. They schedule you a certain time and they don’t see you on time of course. Waited in the room for more than 45 minutes. Note to this place. If you give someone appointment time please try to honor it. What is the point keeping us in the room for 45 minutes. So so so horrible and very rude.

If you see another dermatologist you should consider going here . There was like a 10min wait if that . The doctors and nurses are so friendly and very knowledgeable. They dont just write scripts the come up with a complete care plan . I was very pleased today with my visit !

My child’s pediatrician referred us to Poole Dermatology for a consultation. Amber was so helpful from the beginning when she pointed out a glitch in my sons insurance, thankfully it was fixed and I was able to keep my already set appt. Thanks to Amber, her attitude points out that there are still people in the medical field whom actually care about patients. We need more Ambers at front desks!

Dr. Poole helped get rid of a terrible wart problem on my daughter’s hand and knee after several other dermatologists turned us away. He also alleviated a tough acne problem. The front desk could stand to be more friendly, but we were always seen on time and the in-house pharmacy is fantastically convenient.

I cannot say enough about this practice! I have referred both friends and family here and will continue to do so! Dr. Poole, Dr. Haseltine, and Alicia are amazing! Alicia saw me (same day i called!) for a very bad painful rash and gave me immediate relief and a plan to heal it quickly and carefully! Dr. Poole improved my best friends psoriasis with a plan for treatment and the samples (they're awesome about the samples also ;) she was sent home with provided serious relief! Dr. Haseltine got my baby sister in same day with an emergency! They are easy to get an appointment on the phone, on their website, and can even see you same or next day with an emergency (unheard of with my other doctors)! I have never had a question that didn't get a straight answer immediately, in person or over the phone, from either a doctor or one of the super helpful and informative nurses! If you don't have an issue they can fix THAT day they give you a plan and time frame for when they can! Keep it up guys! You rock! OH-I forgot to mention they have a PHARMACY IN THE OFFICE which PROCESSES YOUR SCRIPT WHILE YOU'RE THERE so you don't have to take your already-in-pain child somewhere else and wait in ANOTHER LINE for EVEN LONGER-you leave with it!

My child’s pediatrician referred us to Poole Dermatology for a consultation in regards to a hemangioma on my daughter’s lip. The doctors, nurses, office staff, & dermatologist have all been very friendly & helpful. When I wasn’t sure about the treatment prescribed, the doctor talked with me about my concerns & developed a revised treatment plan that I felt better about. The staff is understanding & willing to work with you to find the best solution possible. My only complaint is that the wait time for several visits has been greater than 1 hour. Thankfully, the clinic is very clean & well-kept with plenty of seats to wait in & a child play area in another enclosed room. The attached pharmacy is a convenient perk if you are willing to wait an additional 10-20 minutes for your prescription to be processed following your visit. Personally, I just pick up prescriptions elsewhere to avoid the wait.

It was our first time and the lady at the front desk was so rude at us for being late. I agree with the other reviewers about the staff. She was loud and mean. She could have nicely turned us away but she has to be mean. Also, they require a cc like hotels to be on file otherwise they wont see you. They will charge your cc and won’t let you know beforehand unless the charge is 250$ or more.
