Very bad experience with the office. Y’all don’t go there if you are like us working very hard to earn your money. They did not explain to us about the global payments thoroughly. My daughter is 19 and had a surprise pregnancy. She is on our insurance but she went ahead and apply for Medicaid. She got approved for Medicaid and we decided to use hers. So I called back to the office to see if they take Medicaid and they advised me NO. On Sep. 4 we decided to withdraw from the office. Now why did it take them almost 4 weeks to submit our refund to Willis Knighton Refund Processing department when it was said that we are withdrawing at the beginning of September? I contact the office to check on our refund only to find out that was just submitted on the 30th of September. Mind you when the payment was made it only took seconds for the money to be taken from my account. And it’s taking 6 weeks to get a refund back. Wait 6 weeks from Sept 30th and we withdrew on Sept 4. We should’ve been expecting our refund about next week. This is very sad and disservice. I had to find out from my insurance that they really were not suppose to do this if they didn’t explain everything in detail to us. My insurance had to break it down to me what global service means. When I took my daughter to Willis knighton on Her due date sep 19 with her Medicaid card, they send her back home. They didn’t check her thoroughly because we had to find out at Highland that she was post delivery. I understand now all you all care about is people’s money first.
