DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible customer service and clinic management! The doctor and nurses are amazing, but the front of the house needs some work. I just watched this heartless/rude lady see a US Postal Worker carrying a box full of mail (both hands full) and slammed the door shut 3 feet from his face. Someone else in the waiting room with me saw this, as well, and got up and opened the door for him. Additionally, this is not a first come, first serve type of clinic. After checking in on time, had to watch patient after patient arrive after me be seen before before this 20 minute check up can be done (35 minutes after the scheduled appointment!) If you're reading this, please find a healthcare provider that puts the patient first.

Extremely worst experience I have ever had!!! Saw Dr. Kathy Huang who was dismissive and argumentative. She refused to treatment me appropriately and even slammed the door on her way out of the room. She said she had other patients that were important than me and said I would have to wait for biopsy. When I asked how long she would give me a timeframe. Completely rude and argumentative and treated me worst than an animal.

Dr frangos was running late yesterday, When I got into his office the staff and Dr frangos apologized. How refreshing. Sometimes that's all it takes is an I'm sorry or a thanks.

Excellent customer service with professional, knowledgeable doctors and nurses. They knew exactly what my issue was in less than .02 seconds! Would definitely recommend to friends and family if you are looking for a professional dermatology clinic. Also, the building and the interior design was gorgeous! Dr. Johnson rocks!

Spoke with the nurse (Amy) to ask about an appointment that I had rescheduled back in February. During that time, the receptionist had given me a new appointment date for March but apparently failed to record it in the system. After being transferred to 3 people, Amy answered the phone (without greeting), accusing me of failing to call the office. Her tone was cold & dry!! Very disappointed with the customer service

I should have posted this a long time ago. I went to this place 1 year ago for hyperpigmentation. The doctor, tells me that its not much that could be done. The darker the skin is the marks become permanent. They prescribed be a creme that did not work. I have not been back ever since. He did not even give and recommendations or suggestions. He just gave me a nonchalant answer. He was not compassionate for me as a patient at all.

Dr. JOHNSON is great! However, his support staff is awful. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they place you on hold and never come back. If you call back, they obviously see it’s you calling back and simply don’t pick up. A good doctor with pathetic support staff.

The clinic staff are rude and customer service skills are horrible.. the Baton Rouge location is RACIST. The office manager Sandra and most of the staff needs to be fired. Please do not make an appointment with Louisiana Dermatology Baton Rouge location. Find another Dermatologist. You will be very disappointed and frustrated.

It was my first visit to Louisiana Dermatology, and it was a great experience! Dr. Tara Rheubottom is a wonderful care giver. She looked at my skin issues and knew what it was that may work best for me. Her two nurses, Ms. Kiesha and Ms. Renée, are both so very kind. I felt welcomed and cared about.
