I really liked Dr. Roskos and she did a wonderful job with handling my miscarriage and the birth of my first daughter. However, I will never step foot in this office ever again. I was treated terribly in regards to a refund that was owed to me after the birth. The office manager was absolutely horrendous in every way possible. This happened in 2017 and since then, I've had a second child but did not return to this office for her services because of this experience. I absolutely love my OBGYN now and his office is a tremendous step up from this one.

I work out of town and did not get to see the other ultrasounds. When I was home for Christmas and had our other two children with me they said that only two people could go in for the ultrasound, basically I had one kid too many with me I asked even the office manager and they said no I had one kid too many I could not be in the room for the ultrasound. We had both of our boys here a are about to have our third, I could not believe the lack of compassion in that office. The doctor is great but the ultrasound portion is no good.

Never fail. I am in the waiting room from an 1hr to 1.5hrs after my scheduled appt. Today I went in and signed in. I waited for 1.25 hrs. Then I overhear stuff say the doc left for the day. The receptionist did not even check me in or the nurse and doc cleared me out because they wanted to be done for the day. Then the receptionist tried to reschedule 4months down the road. This office is completely incompetent.

They are charging me and did not render service. I previously had pellets put in for treatment of menopause symtoms three times. The last time i had them done the doctor did not insert the pellets in the proper area; therefore, they did not work on the last insert. She refused to give someone a boost. She was wanting to charge me again ($350) and it had only been seven weeks since the screw up insert she did. She is not even concerned about the estrogen level she stated. Okay, well that is part of balancing it all out. She is money hungry and doesnt know what she is doing. Seek relief somewhere else..poorly ran and money hungry facility. They only care about themselves. My business is being directed elsewhere now.

Staff very rude , can never get an appt except for months out no matter what the issue . At appt no one ever explains anything to you or even cares. Had so many questions and just brushed me out the room. Would never recommend this office to anyone .
