I would not recommend this office to anyone. I came to this office for my yearly check up and arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was not called back until an hour later. I was already late for work so I did not request any additional tests and only received a pap smear. Three months later I received a bill from their clinical lab in Austin for tests that I did NOT request. I contacted Dr. Buchert's office and billing office, both of which said they would look into the matter and correct it. About a month ago, I began receiving calls from a collection agency for $112 dollars due to the lab. I contacted Dr. Buchert's office again and spoke to the office manager. In two weeks after hearing nothing back, I had to call her to follow up. This time she was extremely rude. She consistently talked down to me as she explained the situation. Ultimately, I am responsible for tests that I never requested. Today, I received a bill from my insurance that includes the $112 charge with two additional duplicate charges of $160, ALL FOR THE SAME DAY! The entire experience with Dr. Buchert's office manager and billing office has been terrible. As a patient of Dr. Buchert's, they did not treat me with much respect or courtesy. I will never return to this office and do not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other much more organized and polite offices in the area to choose from.

I highly recommend Dr. Buchert. She has delivered 2 of my 4 daughters. She is hands down the best OB I have had. She put me at ease during each of my pregnancies and deliveries as her patient. During my last pregnancy there were some unknowns due to my baby's small size leaving my husband and I very worried. Dr. Buchert was very proactive about monitoring our baby's health and making sure our baby arrived to us healthy. She has a way of creating a calming environment in the delivery room, which was much needed after a long delivery. My only regret is not finding her for my first two pregnancies.

I have been seeing Dr. Buchert for over a decade! She is my OBGYN, I joined her mint health wellness program and she is now going to deliver my baby in a few weeks! She always listens to the many questions I have and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients! I can’t wait for her to deliver my baby and I feel completely comfortable and trust her opinion with anything health related! I would definitely recommend her!! Also everyone in the office is super sweet and gets to know you!

As you know I was in pain from diverticulitis and related antibiotics and over 25 years of autoimmune symptoms and illnesses. I came to Mint Clinic last December. After 6 months under the guidance from Brittany, Renee and Dr. Elizabeth Buchert I feel like a new rejuvenated person for the first time in years! Yes it took commitment and eliminating some things that were not good for my gut. But so worth it. Bless the staff at Mint!

worst experience! i would never recommend dr buchert or her office to anyone. if you can't shovel out hundreds of dollars for supplements that do nothing for your body, be aware she will turn on you. i literally received a phone call from her where she proceeded to yell at me because i wasn't BUYING her plan and because of that i would never get better.

Dr. Buchert is absolutely amazing. She answered what felt like how questions while I was pregnant and made me feel like a personal patient, not just another number in the waiting room. So glad she delivered my son, and hopefully will get to deliver my next child when they arrive.

for every appointment i had to wait at least 1 or 2 hours and the time the Dr. Buchert spent with me was only 2 minutes the most i feel like she doesnt want to really know how you been doing with the pregnancy, but just receive as many patience as she can, After been with her for 9.months through my pregnancy she was not the day I had my baby and after 2 weeks for my first postpartum appointment she didn't even ask me how it goes or how was I feeling she just look at my scar and let me go the appointment only last for 2 minutes after I had a really bad labor which lasted for 15 hours and ended up having a c-section and my baby and i got fever due to many of hours of broken water! why she let that happen?? i dont know

After bouncing around from OBGYN to OBGYN it is refreshing to find a doctor who listens carefully and is respectful of everyone who walks through her doors. As the mother of two girls, Dr Buchert has always listened to my concerns during pregnancy and reassured me every step of the way. My pregnancy years are behind me and Dr. Buchert is now working to make me a stronger and healthier woman for myself and my family. Having a doctor who can bridge the gap from before kids all the way through menopause eventually and makes me accountable for staying a healthy woman along the way is a rare find indeed. Dr. Buchert and Renee seem to have the most success with patients with food intolerances. Unfortunately, for me that wasn’t the case. Dr. Buchert felt she knew my causes but testing would need to confirm. Unfortunately, it did not for 2 of 3 of my issues. Dr. Buchert continued to look for causes but it became so expensive that I had to stop the program. I spent approximately $8,000 (out of pocket) which included program costs, labs, and a neurologist visit. They worked with me on getting the lab costs down as my insurance didn’t cover any of the programs. I believed that labs would only need to be run one time but learned that they need to be run multiple times to verify how your body is responding. The program that I was in included a bank of supplements up to a certain dollar amount (still not sure what the amount is). Once I depleted my bank, Dr. Buchert’s office worked with me on finding reasonably priced supplements which I am still taking today. I am not disappointed that I tried it but only that it didn’t work for me. I view this as a college level nutritional course because I did learn a lot about nutrition and am eating much better. I highly recommend that you understand all the programs they offer (they offer more than one), what is included in each, and approximate costs before making a commitment. I did not ask enough questions before committing and felt in the dark for much of the program. Fortunately, Linda (in Accounting) was very helpful in answering my questions about the program. Update: I have revised my above review to be as accurate as possible so that I do not mislead anyone. My only intent is to give a honest review of my experience. As always, it is prudent to take ownership of your own health and be as knowledgeable as possible.

The best doctor anyone could ever ask for. She was with me before, during and after my pregnancy. I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is amazing, nice and caring. Wonderful office setup. Dr. Buchert is a wonderful doctor with a big heart and super knowlegable. If you want to get healthy and fix any issues don't waste your time with any ol doctor, see Dr. Buchert. A great experience. The office staff was helpful and caring and responded to email concerns quickly so I didn't have to come in. Dr Buchert took the time to listen to my problems and was willing to work through to find a solution. I felt comfortable and respected as the patient during all my exams.

She’s just hyper condescending and she doesn’t tell you what exactly to expect. She told me I was coming for an ultrasound, but she didn’t inform me that it was going to be a vaginal ultrasounds. I’d never had anything like that done and I have really bad anxiety and panic attacks (especially in places I’ve never been and people I don’t really know, it was only my second visit to her office) so I ended up having to take my xanex to stop my self from completely shutting down. This didn’t stop her staff from rushing a clearly distressed girl out of the room back into a waiting full of ppl which made it infinitely worse. This followed up with Dr. Buchert placing pressure on me to immediately get a uterine biopsy done and I was doped up enough to agree to it, I asked if we could wait cause my mom was on the way(she wanted to hold my hand), but she just gave me this look like I was a huge inconvenience to her and I just said never mind and went on with it. I’m supposed to be having a procedure done by her in December, but frankly I think I’d rather just live in pain than let that woman near me again.
