Great group of doctors! I have seen all three and they are wonderful and I recommend them to everyone that I know!

Girl at front desk is somewhat rude and unprofessional. Appointment was at 330 was not seen till almost 430. Doctor came in and seemed in a hurry and I felt rushed. Was given a couple of options of medications to consider. Felt like I had to dig for info to find out about these medicines and there possible side affects. Doctor provided a prescription for cream and when getting to Walgreens they said doc forgot to put prescription strength on prescription. Had to call back to get a new prescription. Nurse came in and had no info on one of the drugs that was recommended and was told to look it up on the internet. Overall one strike after the other. If I have to do most of the work and ask all the questions I might as well find another doc that seems to have the time to answer and explain properly.

Dr. Futrell or whatever her name is, is the rudest person ever. The staff in the front office are also rude. Futrell didn’t seem knowledgeable at all, she rushed my appointment literally, it lasted all of 6 minutes. She didn’t provide any answers at all... then walked out the door saying buy this cream it’s 100$ without any explanation whatsoever! Safe to say I will not be going back to ARKLATEX DERMATOLOGY EVER AGAIN! I’ll definitely be taking the next step In the dispute because I paid my co pay and my insurance was billed and I didn’t receive any sort of service, advice or help... Dr. Futrell @ the girls in the front office with her should all be fired. POS clinic!

So this is my second visit to this doctor's office. My first visit I had to reschedule because the doctor was an hour behind schedule and this was told to me after I had already waited 45 minutes. My second visit, right now, I'm coming up on the 30 minute mark of waiting in the waiting room. I completely understand running late and sometimes the doctor's office can be like this. They may have excellent doctor's here but I have yet to find out. Both appointments I was here 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I find it very unprofessional and if I had the option to go to a different dermatology clinic I would.

Over an hour in the waiting room. I still haven’t been seen. This is the worst wait and such a waste of time.

Dr. Sarah is wonderful. Very thorough and I love the results. Great office staff also.
