I made an appointment to see Dr.z in April 2017 for a chemical peel. When I arivved, waiting time was about 10 minutes and I was greeted by a estitian named elli bell. She conviced me to do allumera with red light and blue light. She told me it would be perfect for my skin. I let her know I was on medication that permits me from going in the sun so she left the room to ask the dr. and returns saying it was ok. I also let her know I recenly had fillers in my cheeks and was worried it would affect them, but she reassured me that it was fine. During the procedure it was intense and I took my head out to let her know how hot is was and didn’t feel right. She conviced me to continue. So I did, out of trust. A month later I noticed lines, so I went in for a follow up and I finally met Dr. Z. She said to keep moisturizing and offered a refund which I did not ask for. I just wanted help for the lines. As the months went by my face became unrecognizable. I have holes that connect with lines making weird designs. I have triangle dents. im not even comfortable leaving the house. I reach out to them for help but they want nothing to do with me. This has ruined my life. I no longer make future plans because I don’t want to be seen. I feel as though I was heated too deep and it melted my face.

The receptionist was a pleasure to talk to. That being said, the lady who actually performed my chemical peel did not seem competent. She based the peel she gave me on my skin tone, not the actual needs of my skin. She was unsure of after care, only gave me the sheet of paper to read. She told me my chemical peel would feel like a sunburn, I told her I have no clue what sunburn feels like. So when the peel started to burn I was surprised and told her it burned and she got extremely nervous! However, after doing little research on my own I found that the burning sensation was normal! I was given nothing to take home for aftercare. I had smooth skin with no issues before my chemical peel and now 3 weeks later I have a severe breakout all over my face. This place is grossly expensive for the service and care I received. ABSOLUTELY regret it.

My husband has rosacea and had developed rhinophyma over the last several years. We thought there was nothing that could be done. Our daughter is getting married, and I thought, why not try again to find a doctor that could help. I saw the testimonials on her web site, and my husband and I decided to meet with Dr. Z. He had the C02 procedure about a month ago, and the results are phenomenal ! It is obvious that Dr. Z has a gift. And Heather and Lisa took such good care of him in his recovery.
