This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a Dr. Office!! I went into get a regular check up and got rescheduled because of the front office. Went in again to get a regular checkup today and was told I could not be seen because I wasn’t REFFERED. I was reffered by my primary doctor! Then after being told that I couldn’t be seen I told my sister let’s go the lady at the front desk started to get an attitude because I was speaking to my sister. I’ve gotten rescheduled way too many times and my information was violated at the front desk. She asked me in front of everyone if I was bleeding and then rolled her eyes and got disrespectful when I refused to answer her-I only wanted to speak with the Dr. DO NOT GOT TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU ARE OF THE AFRICAN AMERICAN DECENT. PERIOD!!! I will be reporting this to the medical board! Believe that!

I love Dr Aizpurua! He delivered me & my son! He even fixed my c-section scar from a previous c-section by terrible Dr Moon. And then he came to visit me & my baby early the morning after. He has so much class & is very knowledgeable. He’s very thorough with his exams. He’s very gentle with yearly exams & awesome with c-sections. You can tell he loves his job. I highly recommend him (if he has any openings). And I love his staff!

Do not go to this doctor!!!!I went to this doctor for the first time for an annual pap exam. The doctor charge my health insurance an additional office visit to discuss my past history( so talking is an extra charge?!?). So I was charged for 2 office visits when I went there once. He also sent me a certified letter to refuse me as a patient in the future because I refused to do additional test when I felt nothing was wrong. His only concern is to make money not your overall health. His staff will have your appointment schedule with 10 other patients at one time, which looks like a patient mill.

Ramon Aizpurua is an excellent doctor. He does not charge for "talking." There was probably an issue with the billing, which could be easily fixed by contacting the women that work at the desk or your health insurance companies. He is the only gynecologist I have gone to that makes me feel comfortable. He is not judgmental. He is understanding. He is not in the business for making money. He genuinely cares about his patients. My mother has been going to him since 1993. My sister goes to him, and I have been going to him since 2016. I highly recommend him to all women, whatever their issue may be.

He is and awesome doctor, very gentle and caring! He delivered me and all of my siblings as well as my two children! I had to get an emergency c-section and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do it but him!

Dr. Aizpurua is the absolute best. He delivered me when I was born as well as my two children. Dr. Aizpurua and his staff has always been patient, considerate, honest and kind. Most of the women in my family see him as well.

He has delivered all 3 of my babies. I was well taken care of and very respected. Dr. Aizpurua also tied my tubes and this was 10 years ago. I no longer live in Louisiana, but been looking for him, and now I've found him again. Looking to do a reversal so he can deliver another one for me.

I love Dr.Aizpurua. He has the best bed-side manner. He takes his time to talk to me after every appointment, answering any questions I might have. My health and wellness is important to me. He has my best interest at heart and I love that. If he ever retires, I don't know what I'm going to do.
