Honestly I have never felt so disrespected as a patient. I called with a very serious issue and they hung up on me and when I called back I refused to be put on hold and the lady on the phone became super unfriendly. I have been going to this practice for 5 years for the same issue and I keep getting bumped from doctor to doctor and nothing has been resolved. I have a back balance and the billing person waited for me after my appointment and when I said I had another appointment to get to and I would pay when I could cause I don't have the money right now the billing person laughed at me. And continued to keep at me until I finally left. The people who answer the phones are so nasty and rude. Treat people horrible. The receptionist in Lawrenceburg barely even looked at me I was hoping to have some closure to my issue but 5 years is long enough to wait, I guess I will have to start over with another practice.

I am a patient and have been for several years. I called because I was having a particular issue that was abnormal. I called to get in with someone, anyone and I wasn't able to get in until nearly a month later. Well let's hope it's nothing serious because it will take a month before I am even seen by a doctor let alone results from any testing. I am moving soon and I can't wait to get rid of this doctor as my OBGYN. They are in no hurry to take care of patients. Not to mention when you do actually go in for an annual you should cancel anything else you have for the entire day because you will be waiting for at least two hours to be seen. The doctors and nurses practitioners there are good, but you have to go through so much hassle just to be seen it is ridiculous.

The experience was bad enough I'm not going to bother going back to this establishment.

When I found out I was pregnant I went straight in due to complications with previous pregnancies. They did blood work confirmed I was indeed pregnant and that I had low progesterone (common problem for me that results in needing medication right away). The doctor and I discussed this and I was told that women do not get put on progesterone unless they conceived through ivf and if they did not they are women could not have progesterone until they were 16 weeks pregnant. All of this is untrue based on knowledge from previous pregnancies and another obgyn that was seen after the fact. The doctors in this practice have no clue what they are talking about. I will drive out of my way to find a new ob for future visits.

I Always Have A Good Experience When I'm Here. Emily And Katie Are The Only Ones Here That I See And Trust.

Worst women’s care I’ve ever experienced, I have more knowledge of health care than the nurse practitioner and the actual doctors have no time for new clients

Honestly, I’m baffled by the bad reviews of this office. I feel like this is one of the best offices I have been to for OB/GYN care. I first moved to Frankfort a couple of years ago and saw one of their APRNs and really liked her, I was then referred to one of their doctors due to an issue that came up. I liked the DR so much that I have insisted on keeping him as my primary DR and he is the reason we have our first daughter and are now having a healthy second pregnancy. GYN care, special issue care, and prenatal care have all been excellent at both the Frankfort and Versailles office for my family. We have had a handful of issues with the Billing office, but I stay on top of my EOBs and insurance information. I know what we should be paying when we go in or after our visit and I’ve not had an serious problem in getting those issues resolved. They do have one really snotty billing clerk, but I don’t know her name; the rest of the billing office has been easy enough to deal with. Otherwise, the nurses, DRs, staff, and everyone else we have come into contact with here have been super friendly and I never feel rushed by anyone providing care. You are usually seen on time with the morning appointments. If you get an afternoon appointment you will wait, but honestly I expect the wait and know I’ll have a chance to address all my concerns when I am seen … so the wait is worth it. Also, this is an OB’s office - I have had to wait to see my DR before because he was next door delivering a baby and I’m totally OK with that if it means he will be there when we deliver! I’m always given the option to reschedule or see someone else. On the contrast, I have had numerous issues with Frankfort Regional Medical Center’s billing office (to the point of threatening legal action in one case). I think some of the bad reviews lump both this office and the hospital together. The Women’s Care Center at the hospital has great staff and the care we received during delivery of our first child was top notch. I cannot praise the nurses enough regarding the birth of my daughter there even if the billing was a pain in the backside. If you do not want to deal with FRMC, this doctor's office is also affiliated with St. Joseph and St. Joseph East, UKMC, and two others.

Had first baby here and plan on having the next one here as well. When it came to my appointments, sometimes it was a long wait, that’s my only complaint. That’s just typical doc office. Labor and delivery wasn’t bad, very nice and walk you through. All my nurses, especially during postpartum were so nice! And I had Emily Deliver my baby, full five stars for her, amazing, even for postpartum. And Dr. Horn was so caring. Over all your ganna have your ups and downs anywhere but I would 100% have all my baby’s here.

Elizabeth Schadler

As far as the doctors, they are five stars! I love Emily Dial! Unfortunately, it is really concerning that billing has been done incorrectly several times for myself and also for my mom who goes to the Versailles office. Even after giving my new insurance card, they still billed my old insurance and 5 months later I got a huge bill. After calling the office they saw the new information and even the scanned insurance card, but someone never updated it in the system. Your credit can really take a hit when doctors bills aren't paid so getting a big bill for something that it supposed to be 100% covered is really stressful.

Brianna Smith

I've had all 3 of my babies here and I must say this last time I was very upset with some of the doctors I saw not listening to me when I knew something was wrong. Labor a delivery was great. Prenatal care not so much.

Summer Robinson

They are no good. They give you appointments when they are not even open. Do not go there but the doctors make women have miscarriages. Rating 1.5

Horrible. Doctors make you wait long times for appointments, and when you get there they take awhile to even come in the room. Nurse Molly in Cohorn’s office is rude and acts like your problems are insignificant. I would be very scared for someone who had an urgent problem.

Summer Meeks

I love the doctors they r absolutely amazing

Melia Bug

The only good thing about this place is Emily Dial. On my last visit, I had to tell the medical assistant how to check me out and what needed to be done next... my medication was never called in and I'm on day three of trying to get meds still. I would suggest pretty much anywhere that is not affiliated with Frankfort Regional.

Jennifer Jones

I had a horriable experience with not only the nurses but a doctor as well. I wa on bedrest there for 2 weeks before my son was born. Most nurses were very rude and impatient with the exception of a few. I was in full labor on Christmas day and the horrible nurse I had kept arguing with me saying because it wasn't showing up on the monitors I wasnt having contraction even though I was screaming and crawling up the bed but she thought I was just trying to get pain medicine. I also told her I wanted to speak with my doctor and she never got him because SHE didn't think it was necessary. Also my son was born the early the next morning so I could've gotten my epidural hours before. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.! I'm currently pregnant with my second child and am definitely going elsewhere.

Megan Osborn

Administration of this place is ridiculous. So many issues...

At first it was awful because the Doctor who I was seeing never really listened to my mom and I when I told her that the pill she was prescribing me made me super sick. Then we talked to I think the director? I’m not sure but she was the highest position in there, she was very friendly and helped switch me over to a midwife whom I love to see everytime I visit.

Every person i have come into contact with in the office have been amazing. The Drs. actually read your chart so your not asked the same questions every appt. Love them

Breanna Nichole

1) if you want an appointment for something the needs treatment you will have to wait a week at the least 2) if you have school or live far away their hours and/or times they have available probably wont work for you 3) if you get any test done it takes AT LEAST a week to get the results They are in absolutely no rush to help their customers and at this point I've been in there twice with the same issue and it's still not fixed and I really dont feel like waiting another month to see if a third time is the charm I'm just done I liked this place to get my depo done cause its clean and friendly but I've figured out the in last 3 months if I need anything else taken care of I cant do it here cause it takes so long the problem just stays

Johanna

Labor and Delivery went great but Emergency room kinda sucks.

Great Doctors !

I had all 3 of my babies with them happily. At first I was going to go to Lexington with my first but then decided to give them a try and was very thankful I stayed. Everything was great. I love Dr. Wainwright. He’s So insightful and kind and everyone else here is amazing too. Highly highly recommend. Our experience was always great!

Jeanne Buhlig

Everyone from front desk, to techs, midwives and drs are all very friendly, sensitive and caring, which is really important during prenatal /postnatal visits. You never feel like your concerns are unimportant or insignificant, no matter how big or small the issue seems to you.

Natalie Mayfield

*****edited Terrible visit for my first prenatal appointment. Very disappointing. Receptionist was extremely unfriendly. I was rushed once the doctor came in the room. The only person that was friendly and kind was the young lady that did ultrasound. Would not recommend this place to anyone. New review Had a pap smear with Emily at the Anderson county health department. She was awesome. Very friendly and down to earth. Totally different experience from what I had at their office in Frankfort.
