Love this office and their staff!

I got a meraina put in on a Friday morning. No info was giving to me except as they walked out the door take Tylenol for the pain and we will see you in a month. I’ve been in severe pain and I think it’s been displaced. I’ve called for 2 days trying to get answers of what I should do or expect ect. and I still have not received a call back. I was told tonight that if this has been displaced it could be very serious and cause very bad situations. So apparently I’m not important enough as a patient to make a 5 minute phone call back. I will not be going back to this office. My health is more important than me trying to track them down. They DO NOT CARE TBATS OBVIOUS!!!! When I call this other Obgyn I’m the morning and get into their office ASAP and I find out it is displaced they won’t be hearing from me they will be hearing from someone else!!!!

Donna had an appt today at 8:45am. She got there and was signed in at exactly 9:00. The lady gave her papers to fill out and Donna sat there for 20 mins. The lady then told her she couldn't be seen due to being late. Last month she was in the waiting room for almost 3hrs. I guess that fine on there end. I own a business and know that it all comes down to service. Today should have been a 10min talk about labs and what's the next step. If this rating had a zero star I would give it. Prices and times can be easily overlooked but the personal touch and sincere care that you give is what will build your legacy and what people will remember.

Worst doctor office I have ever been to! I seen two doctor’s at this office and both doctors treated me horribly! The first issue was when they first told me I may have cancer instead of being patient and scheduling another day for a biopsy she tempted to go through that procedure right then and there while i was crying. Unsucessful, she finally gave up and rescheduled the procedure. I felt completely evaded and less of a person with no comfort or understanding. The other thing that drew the line for me was after being diagnosed with pcos the doctor couldn’t even explain pcos to me or give me any knowledge of it. Was given metformin and birth control.. when i came back i had gained 15 lbs on the birth control and when i told the doctor its making my weight worse and not helping with my other symptoms she told me to just keeping taking it anyways! Thats ridiculous! The next 2 visits I was told I’m just eating to much and she didn’t believe I was eating healthy for the most part. I’m human i have junk food sometimes but my diet is balanced. I was 100% honest about my diet and she still refused to believe me.and would continue to tell me I’m just over eating. I’m sorry but over eating does not cause pcos.. After her remark of “ well I just don’t know what to do for you.. what do you want from me” i decided its about time to find a new doctor! Horrible doctors don’t waste your time here unless you’re looking for a cold hearted uneducated doctors! It’s pretty bad when a doctor tells you to just google pcos and count calories.. if i could give them 0 stars i would!
