Love this practice! Dr. Wilkes is an amazing pediatrician who seems to legitimately care about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilkes or any of the doctors in this office. We moved a few years back and went through 3 pediatricians in 2 years before moving back to Lexington and returning to Wilkes and Warner... We now live an hour away and I refuse to switch my children's pediatrician because I know there is a slim chance of finding a better pediatrician for my kids.

They take fantastic care of both of my children. They are prompt and courteous, and are always available when one of our children get sick. Dr. Wilkes was my pediatrician and now my children go to him as well. I'm not too sure about the other reviews saying they were not treated well. I have never had a bad experience in 35 years.

I was charge $25 for a missed physical appointment. An appointment I never made. Called over a month ago when I first got the bill and the lady said she will sort it out and will call me back. I never got a phone call back and yesterday I received another bill. I called again and they said it was my responsibility to pay it even though I never made an appointment. I was also told they called me to remind me of the appointment however I had no call or voicemail.

Avoid. Fraudulent billing practices that charged my family $25 for a no show appt we NEVER MADE. Called them 2 times, first was an apologetic "We will correct it" reply followed by a second $25 bill. 2nd call answered with a "You cant prove you didn't so you have to pay!". Never dealt with a more unprofessional practice management team. Reporting to BBB and State Attorney.

The doctors are not too bad (they give you prescription easily if you ask for it) but some of the staff are so rude and impatient, and the worst is the billing. And everything is paper here, very outdated. The statements are impossible to read as the items are not organized in any order and it makes it easy for them to double charge the patients. Two months ago I got a bill that was so messed up and I called the office. The billing staff told me the billing I see is not what they see. They can’t find what’s on my statement and then told me I had a 80 dollars credit. I had then moved my kids to UK Pediatrics and this office never sent my credit to me. I called today to ask about the credit, the lady on the line says I don’t have any credit.

We love Dr's Wilkes and Warner. We drive from out of town for them to see our three children. They are professional and provide excellent doctoral advice. They take time with their patients and allow for any questions we have. We won't take our kids elsewhere.

Dr Warner is absolutely the best! He and his staff have been nothing but kind, generous and caring towards our family. He is always available when needed, and a comfort when my mommy paranoia wants to take over. When we need a same day appointment, and Dr warnew has no availabilities (very rare) the other 2 pediatricians (Keri and Wilkes) are there to help. They have been a delight as well! I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Never had a issue with the office, always professional and timely when we needed our daughter to be seen. We were referred by a few friends and have loved it since the start three years ago!
