This has been the only dentist my kids have been to. This was also the dentist my sister and I went to growing up. A while back my husband switched jobs and we lost insurance. Around that time my daughter needed to come in due to pain. At that time I thought we were still covered under the insurance. They saw her and we ended up getting a bill for $170. I was thrown off because I figured they would have checked to make sure insurance would cover before seeing my daughter. That would seem like the best practice to me. Time went by and we ended up getting coverage. So, I called to make an appt. When I did I told the girl on the phone that if that $170 had to be paid in order for us to be seen then we cannot come and we will just find a new dentist as we don't have the means to pay. She didn't reply to what I said but booked the appointment. We have been about 3 times since then. They always ask if we can pay on the account and I always say no due to not having the means. My kids both had cleaning check ups today. We received a confirmation text yesterday. We get there and the very rude lady upfront said first thing "umm are you going to pay on your account today because you're like really past due." I told her no (because we literally have no money to our names right now) "well we can't see you today." This was so frustrating to hear. Reasons why: 1. The situation (what was mentioned above) 2. The fact that I had to pull the kids out of school (for nothing) 3. It takes us 25 minutes to get there 4. Best practice for a company that actually cared about doing their job right would have been to call me and tell me that they cannot be seen until the balance is paid. (Then I would have just cancelled the appt. until we had the money)

Love this office. They cater to my son and he always looks forwards going to the dentist, which to me, is shocking! Their office is decorated like a jungle, and they have video games and toys. Their prize system is great, too. Very friendly, professional staff, and they help keep my son’s mouth healthy. Highly recommend.

Our sons have been seen here for many years now. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! The patience, kindness and thorough approach that they take with each patient is invaluable. Our boys love going to the dentist!
