my name is Destiny, my review on uofl pediatrics is 5 stars!! i have been seen by Dr Hancock since i was 2 years old. I am now 19 years old with my own baby and he now also goes to uofl pediatrics and has seen one doctor i think her name was mattingly im not too sure i dont remember but but both doctors have been WONDERFUL to me and my baby. I recommend uofl pediatrics to everyone just because they are great people they know what they are talking about and they are really nice people.

Dr. Flieg is the worst dr I have ever seen. She was rude, not good with my daughter. She made my childs ear bleed during an exam. She was horrible! When your child is sick the dr should be caring, this woman is anything but! Worst experience EVER with a Dr.

My son has been going here for 18 years and my second child for about 5 years. In all these years they have been wonderful with my children. They listen to me and answer all my questions but also my children as well. If a problem arises, they address it quickly and fix it. I love the staff. From the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors, and everyone else, they are great. We have been blessed to have them.

I have 3 children who have been seen at this location with the providers and staff since birth. We actually just left and I have to say their management, staff, and ALL providers are so efficient. I've never had a bad experience, and have always left comfortable knowing that their hearts are fully dedicated to my children's well-being. There can occasionally be a 2hr wait time here and there but I think it's acceptable due to them being so involved with the children personally and being so thorough.

Waited 1hr 45 minutes to be seen by a doctor with no explanation. Should have packed a lunch. My son was so upset and starving I was about to leave. I think immediate care would have been quicker.

Extremely slow. No one should have to wait for 1 hour 30 mins plus for a child’s appointment!

They are the slowest I have ever been to so far. First patient in is my son. Opened at 830. Still waiting on a dr. I'm requesting my son's medical records and going elsewhere. Your kid could go into a coma before treatment happens.

Everyone seems to complain about this place but I have not had any issues there. I noticed that they have been working on trying to get you in and out more efficiently. I don't mind the student doctors because one of the regular doctors always follows up. They are thorough. They listen and take your concerns seriously.

Today we took our healthy sons in for a sports physical. They have been running cross country for 3 years and the nurse practitioner denied their physical saying they needed to go to a cardiologist. They are constantly sending me to special Drs and costing me a fortune. Today was my last visit here
