As usual UC Health has come through again. I went for my husband and we had no problem getting in or getting the best possible doctors,nurses and staff. The only problem I had, was getting someone on the line. The only problem He had, was the unsanitary conditions in the waiting area (he's OCD). He thinks the environmental department needs more staph, "Did you see my wipe after i did the seats and table in the weighting area?" But: overall it was a pleasant experience at least he didn't have to argue with the nurse at registration like he did at the emergency department, "Man! that old lady's got some control issues!"

Don't bother with this place. Called to get an appointment as i had something that really needed to be checked out quickly. Was told the first available appointment was APRIL. Even told them my circumstances. They said call another place! I WILL!!!!

The best one left for another practice. One I saw was unmentionable. The next 3 I had all left. I was never given another. I have several skin cancers I am self treating.

All the doctors are AMAZING! It’s the check in process at West Chester dermatology that is always slow and lacking any urgency or care. No smiling for Julie Horn that is always there...and she is always backed up by 20 minutes or more. I arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment times and still have to wait another 30 to get checked in and still wait on the appointment. For a workingnprofessional, the process needs to be done more expeditiously to keep the appointments on time. Appt at 9:30, arrive at 9:20, checked in at 9:45 and still waiting at 10am. Ridiculous.
