Wouldn't even give a star. I'm close to losing my job because of the run around. For two weeks I asked if I can pick up my leave papers saying I can go back to work they make me pay 15 dollars for a leave going off work to have my baby when it's been a months since she's been born they say I get my papers anytime i go to pick up my papers, then they turn around and say I have to have a follow up first after a week I see the Dr they told me Greensburg time apparently the woman didn't mention they had went on fast so I'm late the girl for the second time decides to get an attitude with me when for the second time she messes up my appointment If anyone knows her last name I'll have her job her first name is Meagan

Everything went smooth and orderly for all of my visits. Pleased with how clean the facility is and how nice the doctors and nurses are.

Pregnant and hurting, over 4.5 hrs and still waiting to see doctor. believe its a kidney stone. Seriously, its crazy. If you love your partner go elsewhere.

Urgent health care needs are not a concern to the Doctors at Taylor Regional Physicians. I have an emergency situation and I have to wait 3 weeks to be seen due to short staffing and overbooking. The nurse from the Emergency room contacted the office and explained that I need to be seen urgently and it made absolutely no difference. Office wait times once you get an appointment are horrendous. I've never had a wait time less than 1 1/2 hours before seeing a Doctor. Typical appointment time from sign in to exiting the office is about 3 hours The ladies at the front desk are rude and offer no empathy or interest to emergent situations. They have this power trip of being in control of scheduling and will ignore you as you are standing in front of them to continue their conversation with co-workers. Multiple times this office has lost my referrals and I had to repeatedly remind them that I had signed my consent for my fallopian tube removal. The paper was on the top of my chart in front of their face, yet they asked at every single appointment. I was actually told that one of my concerns wasn't "bad enough to bother with". I'm sorry I beg the differ. This is my body and my concern is warranted. I have arrived for an appointment on time and was told by reception that they "tried to call and left messages on both numbers, the doctor was called into labor and delivery so all appointments are being rescheduled." No one tried to call. There were no messages left. I even checked our phone records to be sure. The nurse with the black hair has the worst attitude. She is always in a bad mood and just hateful. The reception staff has refused to let me book an appointment with a certain Dr. They stated "She's booked solid until May you'll just have to deal with it". Just my experiences. I'm done with this office and horrible service.

Horrible. I wish I could leave negative stars. Don’t waste your time, money or frustration. The office staff are rude and act like you’re an inconvenience. On top of ridiculous wait times I was billed twice for a bill I already paid.

The staff do a great job and are very professional yet kind. Each doctor addressed all my questions and concerns, whether they were about small issues or serious ones. Now that they've recently hired more staff, things seem to be running smoothly.
