Dr. Spaulding is a fantastic family doctor!! He really pays attention and points you in the right direction if need be. He's very cool and easy to talk to. He's part of Norton and participates in my chart! With that, you can ask him questions and no matter how big or small the question, he answers you personally (most of the time) and never seems put out or frustrated to do so! His office is VERY EFFICIENT and speedy! You can barely open the game on your phone before you are moving along. I'm so happy to have found him.

Excellent doctor and staff! As patients we look for doctors who are compassionate, educate us in our treatments, diseases, medicines, tests, and other medical matters, spend the time listening to our concerns and addresses them promptly, and I could go on. There’s very few doctors like him, My husband and I are so thankful he is our family’s doctor. It seems all the other offices I’ve been to for myself or assisting relatives, seem like factories and you’re on an assembly line that’s jammed, waiting hours to be seen, then once seeing the doctor, they are only in room 2 minutes and none of your questions answered. Not at the Fern Creek office, staff and doctors are amazing!

Great first experience with Dr. Spalding and his office. Reception personnel and nurse were all very friendly and personable. And, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes between the various stages of the visit. Perhaps most importantly, the nurse and Dr. Spalding were willing to listen to my thoughts on what I thought my issues might be. I think many doctors get so fatigued of WebMD self diagnoses that they find themselves being contrary for the sake of feeling in control. And I can understand that because they've spent many years of intense schooling to be in the position they are. But, I didn't get this combative vibe from this office at all. They seemed to trust me, and then they confirmed my suspicions with proper medical procedure. It meant a lot to me as a first time patient who is very apprehensive of doctor visits in general. I would recommend this office to anybody based on my first visit. They were all very helpful and they didn't keep me waiting. Should have done this years ago.

I have called 4 times to have a prescription pre-authotization sent to insurance. 4 times I'm told someone will call me and NEVER does. I am 4 weeks behind on my medicine now. THIS OFFICE STAFF IS PATHETIC. Don't waste your time with this office if you want any answers.
