Our first pediatric dentist experience was horrible and something my son and I did not want to remember. When it came to Dr. Steckler's office, we felt so comfortable and at ease and it was something both my son and I needed. Dr. Steckler was welcoming and was so reassuring when it came to my sons visit. I am sooooo happy we decided to seek him and make him my sons dentist. Dr.Steckler is awesome and we highly recommend!!

I took my 3 year old to his office and Dr. Steckler completely surpassed my expectations. He was extremely friendly, kind, compassionate, and great with my son. What a wonderful office! I went to this office as a child and now take my children here. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Steckler and his entire staff. I love that I can go back with my children while they have their teeth cleaned. (Some pediatric dentists won't let you go with your child, and my kids do so much better when I'm there.) The hygienists are so sweet to my kids (one of my children is easy; one is not) and Dr. Steckler is so sweet! Very calm and makes the kids feel comfortable. Thankful for such a positive experience at the dentist - every time!

I highly recommend Dr. Steckler's practice. I took my 13 month old to see Dr. Steckler on an emergency basis while on a visit to Lexington. He was so incredibly kind to see us, and diagnosed the issue quickly and with barely a fuss from my toddler. Dr. Steckler has a very caring disposition - exactly the bedside manner you want for a pediatric doc! If we lived in town, this would be our regular practice. We searched around for recommendations for a mild dental procedure for our newborn. Dr Steckler was recommended by our pediatrician. His office was clean, staff were very caring, welcoming and helpful. Being a pediatric dental office, it was also child friendly with a playroom for little ones. I would recommend him again for any pediatric dental work, cleanings and more. Thank you Dr. Steckler.

Daniel Steckler is the best choice for pediatric dentistry.He is very kind and gentle with kids.He treats each one very personal and professional.His quality experience with my 3 kids impressed me and my kids were even relaxed and most comfortable.He and his staff definitely treat you on a personal caring level instead of just another patient.It is refreshing and something you just don't see anymore in most places.

Dr. Steckler and his whole staff rock. They are so professional, clean, and so patient. Always so courteous to me, and my daughter actually looks forward to her dentist appointment every six months! We actually had previously gone to a different pediatric dentist, and that dentist kinda made me feel uncomfortable with how they would care for my daughter... like we would be just a number. I just have NEVER felt that way at Dr. Steckler's and that means a lot to me!

They have an excellent playroom. The office is clean. The dentist did an excellent job on my 6 & 8 year old. He did not clean my 3 year old's teeth because he was being uncooperative (No big deal). We left the office happy with the experience. The issue we have is this was our first visit to them and they did not check with the insurance to see what had been completed (they promised they would when we scheduled the appts.) at the previous dental visit. This is hard for non medical people to do because of all the coding services, etc. Well they did some kind of fluoride treatment that had already been done and the insurance refused to pay. To our surprise (we never received bills for preventive checkups/cleanings from our other dentist), they sent us a bill for $99 dollars. We were not happy and called them. After they explained why we were billed. We ask for them to write that off because it was there mistake. They disagreed and would not write that off. So we proposed paying 50% off it. We had no problem with that, because like most businesses they need to cover the cost of supplies. They refused that offer so we refused to pay it. This exchange has gone on for several months now. They call, we explain our position and offer to pay 50%. They refuse and are rude about it. I'm not sure if the owner is aware of this situation and how his accountant treats people, but, running new customers off over $50 dollars is not a smart business move. 4 kids at around $100 dollars per cleaning 2 times a year equals $800 minimal. Then if they have any other problems that is even more. Plus recommendations from people may bring in more money. They lost the potential for several thousands of dollars over $50. For this reason I would not recommend them. Shading billing practices and lack of business integrity.

My little one had an accident and her front tooth moved from it’s original position. We didn’t have a pediatric dentist, so I was really worried no one would see her as a new patient. We called Dr. Steckler’s office, they scheduled an appointment, and my little one was seen within 1.5 hours of my initial call. I’m so thankful they accommodated me during such a busy day.
