Both the Doctor and her staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Being a referral practice, it is nice to know you are her only concern during your appointment and I was glad to get the efficient attention during my time. I feel that they genuinely care about my health and well-being, compared to other offices who view each patient as just another dollar. I will definitely recommend and will come back for other dermatology needs. Thank you!

Dr. Shaw was so understanding of my concerns and really put me at ease concerning my young son’s chronic eczema. I felt heard and she addressed each of my concerns with patience and care. I never felt rushed, and she provided lots of solutions. I was so impressed with her and her staff!

Amazing practice! Everyone is very friendly and professional whether it's the receptionist, or the nurses or Dr. Shah. They truly take care of their patients. Dr. Shah takes the time to examine the issue and asks questions to get the necessary information. She's truly an expert in what she does. Not to mention super friendly with the kids/babies. I'm so glad we found Dr. Shah and her great team.

Friendly, professional staff. Were able to schedule my appointment on the same day that I called. Were not in my insurance network but submitted my bill (which was denied, of course). Very accommodating about accepting partial payments from me until my bill was paid in full.

Kenwood Dermatology is the best place we have ever been. When we were lost and had no hope Dr. Shah provided a clear plan and path and provided so much hope in our lives. They continue to impress us every time!! Dr. Shah and her staff take tremendous care with our son and take the time to listen to every concern. We love Kenwood Dermatology and can't imagine going anywhere else!!!

Horrible experience. Dermatologist wasn’t interested in my issues, or in the underlying issues of the problem. She just prescribed a face cream that was over $200 even though she knew we didn’t have insurance and were paying out of pocket. The cream itself was very similar to the ones we already had... would not recommend this dermatologist. I was there with my son and the recordsthat you have are under his last name.

Such a wonderful experience with my 9 year old daughter at this practice. All staff including the front desk receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Shah were absolutely amazing during our visit. Although we hope to never have to go back, if we do, we know we will be in great hands!

I had a mole removed. Although it was entirely cosmetic, the doctor said she could tell the insurance that it was preventative. The staff was nice enough, however they didn't cut deep enough and half of the mole still remains. Very disappointed, on top of that I ended up paying $200. $200 for an unsuccessful, unnecessary mole removal.

I recently became a new patient of Dr. Shah's and I am so happy! I was super nervous seeing a new doctor, but she is so amazing; I felt silly for being nervous in the first place. The new patient form is not tedius like some other places out there and they are very tech savy. Plus the rest of the staff, nurses and receptionist, were awesome. I highly recommend! : )
