It's been over 24 hours since I had 5 teeth extracted. Dr. Ford done an amazing job! I haven't had any pain so far and i opted out of narcotics. I had really bad anxiety going in and everyone were so understanding and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need your wisdom teeth extracted.

Went here to get a tooth pulled. They didn't like the x-rays that my dentist sent with me with my referral. So they performed an unnecessary x-ray. They said it would be $41.xx to get it done after my insurance. Paid in office day of extraction. Just received a bill for another $108.xx. They lied to me so I won't be going back nor will I ever recommend them. Any dentist can pull a tooth.

Well organized, but too impersonal for my taste. No Doctor, I do not deal with dental issues every day like you do, yes it is a big deal for me to have oral surgery, there is nothing routine about surgery for the average person, cost is definitely and always an issue.

Granddaughter needs oral surgery. They were very professional and friendly. My granddaughter is very frighten of dentist but they made her feel very comfortable.

Possibly you may be seen on time, or maybe you will wait an hour after your appointment time to go back to your room and wait some more. My son has had the same procedure completed twice at the office, both times with the same nurse present. Janet is consistently rude and unpleasant and although she may be very skilled, she creates a terrible environment for a young child nervous about their oral surgery. This office is conveniently located, but the experience is so poor I certainly will not return.

Had my four wisdom teeth pulled in December of last year, and the doctor let me keep them!! Was over all great and they totally helped when you had a dry socket

Dds had no personality. He seemed like he was in a hurry although no other people in waiting room. Didn’t get that warm trusting feeling. This was a consult. Will not go back for surgery.

I had a surgery there & the MD left bone particles & roots in the top of my mouth & though he himself said I needed another SURGERY & this 2nd surgery was directly related to the 1st surgery they wanted to bill me for everything the second time. I have suffered for months because of the incompetence of this doctor. Three dentist said these bone fragments & roots should not have been left in my mouth. All I asked for was not to have to pay for the anesthesia a second time & one would think given they had screwed up & caused me to have to have to have a second surgery & caused me to suffer for months that that would be the least they could do for me but they refused. I decided to obtain an attorney & have the surgery somewhere else. I would advise anyone to go to Aspen Dental for any dental or oral surgery needs. They are fantastic & extremely caring! This place is certainly not!

I had a lovely experience with this office! I had my wisdom teeth removed today after putting it off for years because I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist. I was referred here by my regular dentist because I could opt for IV sedation. My anxiety was really bad but the office staff, the nurses and Dr. Max were all so kind to me and made me feel very comfortable. I don't remember anything about the procedure at all. I would highly recommend this practice of you are needing any kind of extensive dental work!!

The staff was very nice and welcoming for the most part. However, at my post-op consultation, the surgeon came in, looked at my extraction sites for less than 10 seconds, said "you're good" and let me leave. I just felt like he really didn't look much into it or even attempt to clean it. He also gave me no real updates as to how to continue to care for my extraction sites. I was stunned with the quickness and just walked out without saying anything.

Absolutely the best in the business!!! The staff and the Doctors treat you like family!! My son Logan Matlock was a patient here. I cannot imagine any better treatment if I was a millionaire!! ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

Just mention the dentist and I begin to hyperventilate. When I needed three teeth removed I went in shaking. Dr Max and staff were considerate and very understanding. They never once made me feel ridiculous because of my irrational fear. Instead I received comforting professional care. My son was told he needed his wisdom teeth removed and he went to see Dr Max. From the reception to the dental staff everything was first rate.

Simply attempted to get a initial visit scheduled and they could not tell me a date until they figured out my ability to pay. Girl by the name of Megan hung up on me as I was attempting to explain that I only had healthcare insurance through Anthem, not Medicaid. She kept wanting to talk about medicaid and I explained multiple times I did not have medicaid. I have Anthem BC/BS, so the only dental insurance I might have was under the affordable health care act provision requiring health insurance companies to provide certain dental services for children in the family's plan. YET, this employee hung up on me. NO WAY WOULD I TAKE MY CHILD HERE. Plus to add when i returned the call for an office manager, was sent conveniently to a voice mail.
