In 2016 Dr. Garner did my annual physical I really liked her and found her to be very professional. However I never recieve a call about my Pap or blood work. Although I was shocked I figured no news was good news. This year I scheduled my physical with her. I was on time for my appointment but she was late. I am a 65 year old educated women who goes for an annual physical, I take health care seriously. I was shocked by how I was treated by Dr. Garner. She told me she was late because her computer was down and then went on to tell me how all the computers equipment was outdated. She went into detail about a staff meeting she attend for KentuckyOne doctors and staff. I sat in a chair she never had me sit on the exam table. I told her in was having swelling in my ankles, also thought I had a kidney stone over Thanksgiving because I had to urinate at least 30 times that day. I had to suggest I have a urinalysis. This doctor never put her hands on me.Never listened to my heart or examined me in anyway. Is this what you call an annual physical? By the way I have great health insurance, that she bill for an annual physical. I have spoken with Kentucky Health One and they assured me she gave me a physical. I was the patient and I guarantee I did not get a physical. I have filled a complaint with the Kentucky medical board.

Dr. Garner is the best female doctor that i ever had. Shes patient, kind and very helpful. If you really dont know her, then plz dont post anything negative about my dr. I cant ever imagine her not treating a patient poorly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garner for several years now, and find her to be quite professional and acknowledgeable about her craft. She always listens to my concerns regarding my health, and has been willing to do what's necessary to relieve any anxiety I may have. In fact, I just left her office for my physical. She is an awesome doctor. Yes I did have to wait a few minutes, but I assume she was assisting someone else - I would want the same treatment. No rush job, but quality medical advise and assistance. I have 3 doctors (female, diabetic and primary), and at each office I have to wait a few minutes. Thank you so much Dr. Garner for being such a wonderful doctor. You're one of the best!!!
