She still uses a metal speculum and she's not gentle with it, which caused an injury on my annual visit (it caused bleeding). Also, I had to request results from my lab work--the office doesn't tell you anything unless you ask.

I called today for some information about a procedure and the operator/nurse was so rude to me. She rushed me off the phone without any help or discussion. She told me most insurance wouldn’t cover what I need. Her tone completely went from disinterested to angry when I explained my situation. Ending the call with, “Well, no we won’t.” And without any suggestions or support. What if I had plans to finance the procedure on my own? She didn’t ask. She didn’t ask anything. I’m very upset after being treated with such disrespect and attitude. I never write reviews but this practice needs to reevaluate how to help potential patients.
