I WAS a patient with All Women. It had been a couple of years since my last appointment. They treated me terrible when I called to schedule a yearly. Questioning why it had been so long and telling me "it's going to be a couple of weeks before we get you in because it's been so long - you don't have a repertoire anymore". The "dr" who called me was unsympathetic- when I told her I'm experiencing excruciating abdominal pains - she told me to go to the ER. I have never been made to feel like a terrible person (because I hadn't been there in a while) the way they made me feel. I was a patient, I should've been treated like a patient. I will not go there anymore. I won't recommend them to anyone.

Switched to All Women last year after my first OBGYN appointment with another OBGYN was an absolute nightmare... I can not say enough amazing wonderful things about my experience at All Women!! I went there to see Dr Paul and during the rotation I ended up spending most of my pregnancy with Dr Powell and Dr Taylor and a little with Dr Deely, Dr Salerno and Rachel Thompson. Dr Taylor ended up delivering my baby via planned c-section 8 weeks ago. She and everyone else were incredible. I went to All Women a nervous ball of anxiety... to say that I was an easy patient would be a total lie. I went in to every appointment with lists of questions. Every doctor would sit and answer all of my questions. Never made me feel rushed or like I was dumb for asking. I highly recommend and I can tell you that as a bonus 5 days after my c-section my scar was not visible... no bruising, no swelling, no staples... nothing!

I love this place so much. the staff are so nice. I'm currently pregnant again and I cant go to them which I'm sad about

I enjoy the doctors and staff at all women but my biggest complaint is the long wait times. You can get to your appointment early or on time and still expect to be seen 15-20 minutes after your scheduled time. I’ve also waited 20 minutes in the exam room for a blood draw after seeing my doctor. It’s just frustrating to wait such a long time.

Katherine Meyer

I have been coming here for 11 years, and I love them! Dr. Salerno is straight to the point, which I love! Would highly recommend.

Jessica Springstube

Love this office and all the staff! but especially Dr. Deeley & Dr. Taylor.

Rachel Thompson is so wonderful! Always very informative and puts you at ease. I highly recommend her! The office is very nice as well. Wonderful staff! Doesn't take long to get in for appts either. All around a great office! A++

Worst ob experience I've ever had! They entered my information incorrectly so I spent 6 hours waiting to be seen and I'm still here waiting... do not come here unless you want to spend your entire day here starving to not be seen for an appointment you showed up early for....

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of me and my baby. I felt like they knew me by name and wanted to get to know me more and more every appointment. I really wish I would have known about them with my first pregnancy. I would have gone to them sooner for sure. Love the office and all of the doctors. Will definitely recommend this office!

This office is phenomenal! I have been a patient here for a few years and have dealt with fibroids and cysts miserably for most of my life. I saw Rachel, the nurse Practitioner and after many months switched to Dr. Crawford to discuss options for removing the fibroids. We decided on a laparoscopic hysterectomy after a 3 month cycle of Lupron. Dr. Crawford, Brandy and the rest of the staff fought tooth and nail for me with my insurance company to get the lupron and surgery approved. When insurance refused to cover the lupron, they were able to obtain samples for me so I could receive the treatment I needed. The medication worked to shrink my fibroids to make surgery much easier. I had surgery on Monday and had a minor complication with my bladder. I was discharged from the hospital Tuesday and Dr. Crawford cleared a spot in her schedule for me this morning (Wednesday) to be seen about my bladder. The issue resolved itself and I’m doing great. I can’t say enough about the office and staff. From the ultrasound technician I saw regularly, to Maria, Brandy, Dr. Crawford, Rachel and the front desk team, I want to thank them all!

I left a great group to go to all women because of distance. I had a referral from my p/c doctor for Amy Deeley. I set an appointment with her, had medical records sent there. I showed up on 9/19 to find that I couldn’t see Amy Deeley. They couldn’t give me a good reason why. With all the confusion and since I was there I agreed to see Dr. Crawford. If I was told that I would be charged $71.20 for being a new patient, I didn’t hear or I would have left. (My insurance paid my bill but would not pay a charge for being a new patient.) I’m paying this charge that I feel is a rip off. Shame on me for not paying attention to the bad reviews.

So here goes the good, the bad and the extremely ugly. In Oct, 2017 I saw Dr Powell for issues and she agreed to go forward with a hysterectomy. She knew that I was in extreme pain and I wanted this done as quickly as possible. During the surgery there were some strange complications but she did everything she could for me. The Good - All of the staff was very helpful and friendly both on the phone and while at the office. Angie was extremely helpful while completing FMLA paperwork for my husband. Dr Powell was very thorough in explaining everything to me. The BAD - In the process of getting the hysterectomy, the ball was dropped and correct office procedure was not followed, which resulted in a delay of the actual surgery. I felt like i had to follow up as it got to the point that i did not trust that the office would do what they were supposed to do. While waiting I requested pain pills (yes, I get that in this day and age that can be a very touchy subject), but I felt like I had to beg to get some relief. THE UGLY - My pathology report indicated cancer one week after my surgery (I am now receiving treatment with a GYN oncologist) but here's the kicker, Dr Powell did NOT inform me before the cancer center reached out to me. I find this completely unprofessional as well as unacceptable. Now I understand her reasoning when I finally did speak to her on the phone (they wanted to get me into the cancer center asap and she also wanted to be sure to give me time to ask any questions I needed), but this was an occasion that maybe she should have had other patients wait while she delivered this news vs hearing from someone else. After looking up the name of the dr I discovered she was with the Norton Cancer Institute. I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone I know, and in fact I have shared this story with all of my local friends.

I switched to this practice 13 years ago with my first pregnancy. At 10 weeks, my baby had no heartbeat. The doctors were very sweet and reassuring during this difficult time for me. I had three other successful pregnancies and loved all the doctors I saw. My deliveries were wonderful and I can't say enough good things about this group of lovely doctors. Even after three kids, they are always concerned about my needs at my yearly appointments.

kathryn brown

I am a patient at All Women, I've seen Rachel the Nurse Practitioner and Dr.Crawford. Both are very knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and loving. I'm so pleased with this office, I have taken my teenage daughter. Great office.

Only been going two years and I don't feel like my obgyn listens and is very dismissive the most recent experience has me pending surgery. I was absolutely correct about my symptoms and what I suspected was the problem. I provided pelvic ultra results etc. I ended up seeing several more doctors, going to the ER and finally after a CT I made her look at she saw the problem, and even still said for me to return in 6 weeks. Can't even go over all the symptoms, but it was not something that could wait pretty debilitating . Now I am pending surgery after needless longer suffering and she was going to have me suffer 6 more weeks and any additional wait for scheduling surgery because someone who knew it all didn't and would not even entertain the idea of what their patient was telling them. I am considering a switch. Just feel let down. I even requested a personal call and was not given the courtesy after everything. I do not think she even checked her previous pelv ultra on me from the year before that showed the problem when it was in the beginning stages and it should have been watched closer the surgery may have been avoided.

Melissa Ford

Loved this practice until I went through a miscarriage with them. I was treated horribly by there OB nurse and was made to feel stupid and had to argue with her to even be seen by a doctor when I was spotting and having severe back pain. I ended up miscarrying. Both the Doctors and the nurse gave very unsympathetic almost seemingly "rehearsed" condolences! Would NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend this practice to anyone!

Ann Garrison

The drs weren't very friendly. This was my 1st pregnancy, when i asked a question she made me feel stupid. Or would just say yes or no. No explanation. It wasn't until after my baby was born that I realized just how cold they were. I was struggling with breastfeeding and ended up getting mastitis twice. The second time the dr told me I should just give up breastfeeding. I tried my best, she said she only breastfed her babies for a week and they are fine. I was 3 weeks pp when I got a clogged duct. I went to a lactation consultant on my own (they never mentioned a consultant or any help) and tried all the tricks to get it to go away. the obgyn kept telling me it would go away. Week after week. Finally at my pp check up she said "oh! You still have that?!!" "We should get that taken care of". I eventually had to have it drained and it was "staph". They didn't care about me. They didn't care about my postpartum recovery. I would never go back. (And without any help or support or encouragement from them I was able to breastfed for 12 months.)

Cindy Greer

I've been with the same Dr. at All Women since I was 16. I'm now 26 and have had 2 kids and am now pregnant with my 3rd. Delivery of my babies went fantastic and my dr visits were a breeze. Always friendly and caring, and always listened to my concerns. I am very satisfied with my experience with the drs here at All Women. No issues to report.

Everyone at All Women is just as nice as can be. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. The new office is beautiful. Its really nice to have all the services you need there at the office so you can get everything taken care of at one time instead of having to make lots of appointments each year. I love Dr. Taylor!

I love the women in this office! Dr. Deeley has been my doctor since college. She diagnosed my PCOS and answered all my questions over the years. My son was delivered by Dr. Powell and she really helped motivate me during a hard labor. All the office staff and nurses are so welcoming and personable. I highly recommend this office.

Payton Gray

Had female issues for EIGHT whole months. Was seen about 5 times and have called and spoken to nurses at least 5 other times, only to have received NO help. When seen in the office, doctor was in and out in literally less than 5 minutes (more like TWO minutes) and I never felt heard, or like I was even being listened to. Lab after lab was run, all resulting with a voicemail message saying "everything is normal." After spending over $1,000 and 8 months of pain, I drove to my hometown doctor, who took one look and knew exactly what to prescribe to have all discomfort and pain eliminated in two weeks, without running a SINGLE lab or test. Thankful some places still care more about the patient than the money, but that is not what I experienced from this facility!

They don't accept blue Cross Blue Shield if it is not given through an employer which I find strange .

Lauren Kohake Wiedemer

I always have a great experience! The staff is friendly and Rachel Thompson (APRN) is great!

Edit: I honestly took off a star because I'm tired of always having to call and leave a message for Carol to get any information or schedule an appointment....why are the girls up front then if they don't do anything? It shouldnt take days to get in touch with someone to schedule an appointment or get paperwork. 100% done with this place. They also stopped taking my insurance and were going to force me to pay $300 for an ultrasound since they don't have a non-contracted price, nor did they try to help and send me to a place that does. I will definitely not be coming back here.** I have been coming to this OBGYN for a few years to see Dr. Crawford but unfortunately after my last two visits, I'm going to be seeing a new OBGYN. When i first scheduled my appointment, i told them i needed my birth conrtol implant removed and set-up an appointment. Well, when i got there they treated it like an annual even though i specifically asked them and verified thats what the appointment was for. When she was done with the annual she said 'they didn't have time' and would need ANOTHER appointment. Mind you, i have to take time off work for these appointments. When i went to schedule the new appt, i was faced with 'the lady who schedules those isn't in right now and will call within 48 hours to schedule'. Gee thanks, no birth control and no appointment? Great. When i finally get a call back, we agree on 10:40, which i confirmed on the phone with Carol multiple times. Well, here I am today for my appointment and I have been waiting for an hour. When I verified with the overly rude receptionist, she said 'your appointment was 11:40' when i told her it was in fact 10:40, i was faced with a blank face and an 'uhhhhh sorry' and no help. If I didn't need to get my birth control removed, i would have already left and made another appointment by now. This is unbelievable. I know what time my appointment was and TWICE now they have messed up the schedule and wasted my time. I'm sorry Dr. Crawford, you're great but your staff is lacking. And WHY is there no option to leave a voicemail? Some of us can't call during the day, makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone if you have an actual 9-5 job

I had never had an annual or even been to an OB/GYN in my life so I was nervous since all of my friends have always told me it's "so painful." Honestly, I was prepared for the worst but Rachel Thompson walked me through everything. She was so nice! And she genuinely cared! She asked questions and wasn't judgemental at all. She also answered any questions I had and told me if I had any problems to call her! She didn't make anything feel painful either! I hope I can go to her forever!

My experience with this place was awful ...I owed them money from a previous tubal pregnancy surgery in Jan 2015 .Haven't been able to pay them because i was unemployed and severely depressed because that was my third pregnancy loss.Scheduled an appointment in Dec 2015 because I was pregnant again and in severe pain. Drove all the way there and filled out there paperwork ...and they turned me down because I owed for a previous bill.I understood but was also hurt because I needed medical attention because of my previous pregnancy problems .I had to leave and find another obgyn.Turns out that I needed immediate surgery because I had a huge cyst on my left ovary and the pregnancy tissue was still growing in my left tube. They removed the cyst and my left tube .I would highly recommend the obgyn in Lagrange dr. Front desk person name Amy was rude and sounded like she's mad at someone/ something. Geez.

I couldn't imagine having my baby without them. All the Dr's & staff are excellent. If I have a second child it will be with All Women OB/GYN

My daughter sees Dr. Taylor. I could not be more pleased. She is pleasant and down to earth. She explains things in terms that patients can understand. My daughter had to have a procedure and Dr. Taylor was there every step of the way.

Dr.Crawford takes a personal interest in you, as a patient. She is thorough and offers research based evidence for her recommendations for your care. The office staff is very friendly and help you feel comfortable in what are sometimes uncomfortable positions. I would highly recommend this group for your OBGYN needs.

Elizabeth

I've gone to Dr. Crawford for almost 8 years. I got a new job in March, which I travel 4 out of 5 days every week. The office cancelled an appointment on me due to network outage and I had to cancel twice because sometimes I have no control over my travel. I ALWAYS cancelled well in advance to the appointment. Dr. Crawford was well aware of my new position and travel schedule. I called a few weeks ago and left a message for her MA. They didn't call back until two weeks later at 8:30PM at night! Of course I didn't pick up that late.. Then, I received a certified letter indicating I could no longer be seen at the office because I failed to follow through with my appointment or picked up the call. After going to Dr. Crawford for several years, I am so incredibly disappointed in how this was handled, especially when we talked about my traveling schedule in March. Business is business, but after going to a physician for so long, I thought I had built a better relationship than that with her. It would have been different if I hadn't paid or canceled last minute, but it's difficult to get in the office when she doesn't work a full day on Fridays and Fridays are the only days I am available. I've never had a doctor "fire" me, but I will happily go elsewhere at this point.

Catherine Taylor

I had an appointment with Dr. Taylor last August for a yearly well woman appointment. Given the speed, bed side manner, and attitude of Dr. Taylor and her staff I felt like I had an oil change. I felt bullied into decisions and none of my medical history was reviewed with me during my appointment or treated as relevant. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Since then I have had the nightmare of trying to obtain my blood work from the office. No one was willing to talk to me like a person or have any customer service. I say this in comparison to other practices at this hospital which I have dealt with in the past who, even when they were unable to help, still maintained kindness and compassion.

Prashant Vashisth

I wouldn't have given 1 star, the administration is very poor, the staff is very unfriendly. May be the worst facility I have ever visited so far!! The staff is so careless, I have been missing last 3 appointments just because of their carelessness and they were not even kind enough to acknowledge the issue and take the calls..

Debra Taylor

Dr. Crawford provided great care to my Mother for several years. She continues that care with my sister and myself. She is caring, conservative, and does not believe in ordering tests and procedures that are not necessary. When something arises that is warranted with surgery, she ensures that you understand everything that will occur with the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Crawford and the All Women OB/GYN practice to every woman from puberty to end of life. Thank you for the great care you provide.

rachel davis

I switched to All Women after an unfavorable experience with another OB/GYN practice (which I won't name). The staff and doctors are caring and professional. I read through some of the negative Google reviews and I take it all as BS, people being crabby about situations that are sometimes out of the staffs control or insurance issues which are the patients problem not the office's problem. This is a big practice and they are trying to accommodate all their patients and I personally think they do a good job compared to other practices in the area. I've referred many family members and friends to this practice.

Dr. Taylor is a god send. She's funny and informative and always makes us feel like she genuinely cares about us, our concerns and our pregnancy. After reading some of these reviews it did sound like one of the other doctors with a last name starting with a T. But even she wasn't as they are describing. This office is wonderful, the staff is friendly and certainly make you feel very comfortable. My wife and I cannot recommend All Women or Dr. Tanika Taylor enough.

Becky

I had the worse experience with Dr. Taylor. I had some problems and could not get worked in for weeks. Her attitude sucked, to be a professional made it even worse. I would not recommend her at all. The office staff was nice and her assistant was always caring. I felt horrible when she literally apologized for Dr. Taylor's rude behavior. I would try to go back and give them a chance with another physician but got into a new practice as a new patient faster than they could work me in as an establishing patient {which says a lot about a practice altogether}!

Kyle Rogers

Have used this practice for several years and through to kids. I usually see the nurse practitioner here and have had a great experience.

Kristina Littrell

They talk the sweet talk, and seem very concerned, but they DO NOT follow up on what they say they will do. Terrible customer service, they only seem to want their paycheck, and do nothing after they see you.

Keyra Goodlett

The office staff have been AMAZING with me and so patient.. My job gives us little window to file and get paperwork sent and approved and between Amy, Jennifer and Jamie being thorough and listening to me cry, it was all taken care of even in the moments of my chaos and break downs!! I love how Dr. Paul is so nice and straight forward, she delivered my son via c-section almost 6 years ago and I'm scheduled with Dr. Deeley for this baby and she is very kind and has been understanding and honest with all my questions..

Kelsey Twyman

Monica Gollar

I have been a patient of Dr. Deeley's for many years and would not go anywhere else! I was very, very ill with my last pregnancy and received the most wonderful care. My oldest daughter is a patient of Dr. Deeley as well and has always felt comfortable seeing her. I would feel comfortable seeing any provider in this office.

Shannon Nicole

I was referred to All Women by my OB (she no longer delivers babies). I've had nothing but good experiences with all of the Doctors so far and their bedside manner is great. The OB Triage nurse, Elise, is super sweet & has always returned my calls whenever I had a question. I would recommend this practice to any women who is or may become pregnant.

Samantha Rohmann

The office is terrible! They treat you like a number and do not make you feel like they care about you or your time, no sense of urgency on their part. I had to have papers filled out for work and they took over a week to do and me calling three different times. The paper work should have only needed ten minutes of their time but instead of filling it out, they attached some generic, unhelpful attachment to it instead. Also no consideration of how uncomfortable I am in my 7 month of pregnancy, they say it is normal and would not take me off work from UPS. So here it is 90+ degree weather and I am still doing my normal job in the warehouse. After this pregnancy I will be switching offices.

wendy marie

I wish I didn't have to give one star. I loved this OBGYN until I became pregnant. At first it went fine, no problems. But when I tried to talk to them about weight restrictions they refused to listen or care about my concerns. I work at a warehouse where I'm expected to lift up to 70 lbs by myself and up to 150 lbs with a co-worker unless stated otherwise by a doctor. They refused to put me on any form of weight restrictions and when I asked for it in writing, they refused that too. I told them I wanted it in writing so that if something happened to me or my child from lifting up to 70 lbs. (I was over five months pregnant when asking) they would be liable. If they were so confident then they shouldn't have a problem putting it in writing. I've never had to fight a doctor so hard to care for me and my child. Mid pregnancy I switched doctors. If you happen to start at All Women you're not stuck just because you're pregnant. You have a right to see whatever doctor you like. Just switch like I did.

Melanie Leonard

I have terrible migraines and was advised by the neurologist to go talk to a gynecologist about my birth control options that do not have estrogen. I had seen Dr. Crawford for years prior to my family Dr. doing annuals so I called to set up my initial birth control consult. After going to my initial visit I was advised by Dr. Crawford that an IUD would be my best option. It was odd to me that they had me fill out new patient paperwork (although I had seen them many of times before) and Dr. Crawford did an exam to see if I would be a good candidate for the IUD (keeping in mind this was not a pap smear. No testing was done as far as lab work). But, I do have to get pap smears yearly because my grandmother died of Ovarian Cancer. After my exam we decided Kyleena (manufactured by the same people as Mirena) would be my best option. My neurologist was worried that because of my Migraines with aura that I was having stroke like symptoms and needed to be switched immediately. I filled out some insurance pre-authorization forms and was told by the office they would be in touch with me in the next week. I had an appointment scheduled for June 5th since it is advised being on your period is the best time to have it inserted. A prescription was called in to take that day to dilate my cervix and I had already picked that up. I hadn't heard from the office (the Friday before) so to be sure everything was set in stone for my appointment I called All Women. I was told by the office manager, Debbie, that Dr. Crawford would give me a call once she was finished with a patient. Dr. Crawford called 30 minutes later to tell my they had put a hold on doing all UNITED HEALTHCARE IUD's because United was pre-authorizing them and then taking a while to pay the claims. I was absolutely appalled. I have never heard of a doctor's office denying services that insurance it telling and pre-authorizing them to cover. Dr. Crawford told me I should, "talk to my company about which insurance company we are using." By the way, the company I work for has 80,000 employees, I don't have a lot to do with that. I was also told, "United is really a small player in the big insurance game". At one point I told her she was denying me services and that I had already received my EOB and since they billed me as a "new patient consult" I was being charged $163 and was now going to have to find another doctor. She told me a United healthcare rep would be in on June 11th and she would have her office call me after that. Keeping in mind my neuro thinks I'm having stroke like symptoms and this meant missing my period week to have an IUD implanted and being on another month of the pill or not being on it at all. Dr. Crawford assured me they were not denying me services that I could just pay them the $1,100 up front and get reimbursed by my insurance company but they couldn't "eat the cost of the device". She also offered me a different device for half the price she said when it was a device never mentioned in the initial consult. At the end of the conversation I told her to make sure my appointment was cancelled for Tuesday June 5th since I wouldn't be paying for it outright with my insurance pre-authorizing it. She did cancel my appointment. I did receive a follow up voicemail on the 15th of June that a United Healthcare rep had met with their office and assured them it was fine to implant the device......which United had done before that meeting. No thank you, I will not be back to All Women. Debbie also called me back to say they had tried to re-bill my visit then asked me how I would be paying. I told her I would not be paying because I now have to go see another Doctor at another practice for the same exact appointment. She then asked how I would like to pay for my visit. After telling her again I got a voicemail from Dr. Crawford 30 minutes later that they were going to try to re-bill it as a yearly since she did "an exam". I still have to go get my yearly in which it will be billed correctly. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. STRAIGHT GREED AND UNORGANIZED
