Dr. Corbett is professional and caring. The staff administering shots treated my young daughter well. After some challenge getting prescriptions I have to give credit to Donna. I have been going to the practice since I was a child. My parents, grandparents, husband and my kids, friends and relatives are all treated there. After the founding doctor passed away, Dr. Gentner took over my care. She is a great doctor. Very thorough, very professional, and very kid friendly!

I tried to have my serum transferred from another location, but when I called the Goss location for procedural information I got an answering machine. A week later, I received a phone call. I was told I would not need to see a doctor there, but simply have the serum transferred. Apparently, this is incorrect. My current office stated someone identifying as from the Goss location called and wanted private information about my account such as my social security number. They declined to give that information and called me. I tried to call anyone at the Goss location, but could not reach anyone as the phones kept rolling back to the main operator for all locations. When I walked in, a sign was on the counter that the entire office takes lunch at the same time and no one was available. I have lost all confidence in the Goss location and will continue at my current office even though it is significantly out of my way.

Ever since the change over to Advanced ENT. The wait time is extremely long. Even if there are a few people. Today I signed my son in at 9:24am and was not called for over an hour. There was only 4 people ahead of him. I am NOT pleased. The sign-in process has not been the same. There was not sign or announcement about the new struggles or process of being slow
