This office is out to make money and not treat or heal anyone. After getting hundreds of dollars from insurance only to misdiagnosis a very simply dermatitis issue. An issue that could have been easily treated when caught early on was allowed to grow out of control and spread to even my face while wrestling ridding my body. Even after taking payment for treatment not given, they then again try to charge me extra for calling in and giving notice that I will not be at my next appointment. Charging me for giving notice as if I am wasting their time. Yet they wasted my time by not getting me in for the correct time of my appointment. Making me wait in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment time, and then not properly treating me in the first place. After completely wasting my time, letting a simple condition rise out of control they still try and take more money as well. Quite honestly I think the money taken in the first place should be refunded, definitely do they not deserve any more.

Dr. Prossick is very kind & very thorough in her examination of your skin. She is also a good listener. I thank her for identifying a melanoma & basal cell cancer on my husband. We caught it early & he is fine after having Mohs surgery to remove it!!
